(Caitlyn Jenner Says She Was Under the Speed Limit at the Time of Fatal Malibu Car Accident)
Caitlyn Jenner is telling her side of the story when it comes to the fatal February four-car accident in Malibu, Calif., in which she was a driver and one person was killed. Last month, the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff's Dept. -- who investigated the accident -- told ET that Jenner could be charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter.
Kimberly Howe, 69, was killed and seven others were injured as a result of the crash. Footage obtained by ET of the accident shows Jenner's Cadillac Escalade -- which was towing a trailer carrying an off-road vehicle -- hitting both a white Lexus, driven by Howe, and a black Prius. It also appears to show Howe colliding with a black Hummer.
Jenner says she remembers "very little" about the tragic accident in a new interview with "Today" show host Matt Lauer.

Was he on drugs or alcohol, is that the reason for the claimed memory loss?
I’ve been in accidents and near accidents before, and those events are seared into my memory to this day. In a situation like that, the adrenaline kicks in, time seems to slow down, and you can usually remember details quite clearly. So this statement seems suspicious to me.
I haven’t seen a birth certificate for Caitlyn Jenner yet.

Caitlyn Jenner was still Bruce Jenner at the time of the accident. This is all new and confusing as hell. Maybe whatever he/she is, is not responsible for what he/she did previous to the true emergence of the real, actual, unseen gender.
