Iranian leaders view the nuclear deal signed by western powers as a “surrender” to Iran, and as cementing the Islamic Republic’s status as a “superpower.”
An analysis by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) has shed light on the sense of victory held by Iran’s most senior leadership, as neighboring countries prepare for a surge in terrorism sponsored by an emboldened Tehran.
Among the comments translated by MEMRI was a statement made by Iranian Defense Minister Hossein Dehghan at an armed forces general command ceremony on August 30, in which he boasted that Iran had forced the “surrender” of the world’s superpowers, led by the US.
“Today, Iran has attained such status that the superpowers have surrendered to it, because of its majesty, its steadfastness, its resistance, and its unity. Despite their great pride, the regime of the arrogance [the West, led by the U.S.] sat humbly behind the negotiating table and obeyed the rights of the Iranian nation,” he said. …

It’s not ‘surrender’ if they’re on your team.
The mullahs sure got Barry and Kerry to bend over. Those guys went cheap.
We got nothing in return. Nothing, nada, zilch, zero - NOTHING, except to say the only option was war. What a bunch of losers we have running and ruining this country. Pox on all those who voted for this fraud for a second term.
Obama and Kerry chose dishonor, so they’re going to get war.
And that includes the GOP who gave us a lame candidate in Romney to run against Obama.
The man has the right to gloat. Iran dealt with Obama and Kerry as any experienced bazaar merchant would treat cash laden naïve tourists who wandered into their stall. Kerry didn’t even get the American hostages released .However this was not really a deal but a fig leaf to give political cover to Democratic politicians. Obama had decided long ago to change long standing American policy. No longer would the US demand that Iran dismantle its nuclear infrastructure or never obtain nuclear weapons. Nor would the US use coercive economic sanctions or military force against Iran. The “deal” allows American politicians to support this fundamental change in policy without admitting it.
DeGaulle said that character is a virtue of difficult times. Obama and Kerry have no virtue.
So true and how far we have fallen. I despise the usurper with all my heart but pity the absolute losers who voted the loser in and the GOP who are spineless to stop him and his ilk.

There is so much we do not know about Obama. The media never vetted him. I hope the truth will come out some day.
