I talked with Republican wise men last week — sober establishment strategists who have seen many presidential campaigns come and go — to ask them how long the improbable popularity of Donald Trump can last. Reassure me, I said: He can't actually win, right? Their answers surprised me.

Trump can win—and if he does it will be the Revenge of the Tea Party. he may not be a conservative but he is a capitalist.
I’m a Trump fan. I recall when he first announced his wanting to stop illegal immigration, and I was listening to Rush at the time.
I also recall for the last several years, while going out to let’s say the shopping mall, Walmart, whatever and the multitudes of Mexicans that cannot speak English. These people taking jobs a penny on the dollar while there is a huge unemployment problem among the genuine citizens. It’s got to stop.
All the while our politicians, obviously yours, are doing everything possible to bring more illegals in for cheap labor.
So yes, I’m stupid in your eyes for wanting Make America Great Again, as this illegal immigrant thing will surely bring America down.

Trump is leading nationwide by 3 to 1 against the GOPe candidates.
There is no scenario where another candidate rises. Trump has the media spotlight because he is the frontrunner and he is good with the media. Trump has also set and dominated the agenda. There is no scenario where another candidate gets enough media time to even make a difference. And if they did that difference would probably be tanking their own campaign, not hurting The Donald.
No other candidate is trusted on the economy like Trump is. It's game over. TRUMP WINS!!!!

No. He won’t win. He is the Ross Perot of the early 21st century. He says things you like to hear...but shallow on how it’s going to be done. In fact so are all the other GOP candidates.

Nick, Trump never entered the race in 2011. He talked about it but never threw his hat in the ring. If you can’t tell the difference between talking about running, and actually running, then that’s sad. I would have thought you’d have given up the “Trump’s gonna drop out as soon as he gets bored” theory by now. Open your eyes, man. At what point will you acknowledge that that’s not going to happen? When the primaries start? When he wins the nomination? When he’s elected President?
Cruz is like Omar Bradley and Trump is like George Patton. Who alive today even knows what or who an Omar Bradley was?
