how can police brutality be dismantled thru-out the US? i’m not talking about them turning all squishy but something has to be done & reform is needed on these jerks who kill people and dogs without significant forethought-they all seem to be frikkin’ trigger happy

a drug raid on his house which yielded only $2.00 worth of marijuana. Aha! A drug fiend! Death is too good for him!

$2.00 worth of pot? Sounds like three roaches and some seeds.

If you live in Florida, sign the petitions to legalize marijuana. The police enforcement of this law has led to more arrests, SWAT raids and imprisonment for minor possession than any other laws.

This happened a year ago, a CI told the cops he was growing the stuff, and when they entered the home Jason picked up his gun before he was shot. There is always more to a story than what it seems at first blush.

Kind of tough to go strong and hard against pot when the GOP-e is in the back pocket of the drug lobbyist.
just saying, it depends who’s ox is being gored.

Not absolving the police but I have a few questions.
Was he pointing a gun at police when he was shot?
Should not the CI bear some responsibility for this? He admitted that he lied to the police.

"Officers claim they announced the warrant and proceeded to clear the house, when they encountered an armed Westcott pointing his gun at police. Officers proceeded to fatally shoot him." No, Westcott wasn't killed over $2.00 worth of pot. He was shot because he aimed a gun at a policeman.

Reminds me of the Richard Pryor routine about Leon Spinks:
Heres a n****a get busted for a dollar and fifty cents worth of cocaine.
Do you hear me? A dollar and fifty cents worth of cocaine!
Have you ever seen a dollar and fifty cents worth of cocaine? A dollar and fifty cents worth of cocaine melt before you open the paper! You got to have a ballistics expert on the spot to examine that kinda ****.
And people say well how did he get busted for a dollar and fifty cents worth of cocaine?. I have a theory:
If you buy a dollar and fifty cents worth of cocaine from any cocaine dealer in America, he gonna tell on yo ass. Aint no dealer in America facing life in prison for a dollar and fifty cents alone.

Killed a man over $2 worth of pot?
Is that like killing a person for Jaywalking?
Why not just kill everyone for everything and claim they were resisting because they did not want to die?
What the hell America?
