If you're Hillary Clinton or one of her supporters, this should make your blood run cold. On today's Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough said that the unequivocally pro-Biden statement from Obama spox Josh Earnest yesterday not only sent "a strong, strong message to Hillary" but, echoing the Wall Street Journal, "you wonder whether they're sending a message to the Justice Department as well."
Has there ever been anything quite like this in the history of American politics? It's one thing for a president to encourage his veep's presidential ambitions. It's entirely another for a president to put his 800-lb. thumb on the political scales by suggesting to his Justice Department that he'd like it to launch an investigation of the veep's main rival.

That would be fantastic. It always does the history of this country a service to see the high and mighty brought low.
Does anyone else think it’s strange that Bill Clinton has been very quiet throughout this whole controversy? Regardless of what you think about him, he’s still very popular with the Democratic base. Why hasn’t he been out there in the media defending Hillary?

My point is that the Uni-Party is a closed powerful entity that guards it's gates, extracts a high price for entrance and rewards those who are loyal to the reigning personality.
This omniscient power structure we call democrats and republicans has no allegiance to the American people or the US Constitution. They are serving themselves at our expense.
Obama choosing Biden over Clinton, exercising the levers of power to effect his outcome, reveal the real game.
I am interested in anyone lie Trump and Carson who are clearly outsiders, who can upset the Uni-Party, no matter how briefly.
A Biden/Clinton ticket? The plagiarist and the leaking e-faucet? Unauthorized data in, unauthorized data out?
Somehow I don’t see that happening. Besides, Biden may be crazy but not stupid. Would you want her as your veep? Who’d be the food taster?

When considering Trump and Carson, we see the surface. We don’t see much beyond that which has been made publically visible.
In the case of Carson, I suspect that his strong corporate connections came to him and urged him to jump in the fray. I believe he has very strong but invisible support from powerful corporate but Republican interests.
The same is true of Trump. It is obvious that he has a very strong and capable organization that act as colonels and majors and captains to his general officer rank
Both have managed to create strong organizations and capabilities from apparently new resources different from the tired old tried and true.
