Sorry ‘bout that, but the Marines weren’t on the beaches of Normandy. They were too busy bustin’ butt in the Pacific. Besides, Eisenhower didn’t want the Marines taking all the glory in Europe. He was probably still jealous about the Marines taking Belleau Wood.(WWI)
Let’s just agree they were kick-ass U.S. military men. :-)
Absolutely.
I’ve spent more than my fair share of time kidding my brothers in baby blue.
Figured I’d make sure to give them their due when it’s proper.
An interview with the latter two, and a Brit who apparently assisted after the takedown is up on YouTube. The Brit said Stone's thumb was nearly cut off, yet Stone applied pressure to a heavily bleeding neck wound on a shot passenger until paramedics arrived. French press reports the shot (by a handgun, the "AK" wasn't fired) passenger had dual French and American citizenship, was about 50, lived and, I think taught, in France, and had actually been shot in the lower back, through the lung and exiting above the left collar bone.
As an aside I note the 'diversity' of the friends and especially note how it so far seems to have been taken for granted. I haven't seen photos of Stone, but his national guard buddy is white, while their college buddy is black. Perfectly normal in spite of the anti-hero left pushing the meme that blacks and whites can't get along.
Give him some time to get off the drugs, then grill him about the incident.
I have had several surgeries, hand, shoulder etc., and right after surgery my wife says I am simply drugged and not myself.
Surgical and post-surgery pain meds are mind altering.
There, fixed it.
The chances of either of those things happening is even less than the chance of Moochelle Obama's ass becoming smaller than the continent of Australia.
Thanks for a really informative post.
As for your aside - very true! And as you know those pictures will rapidly diaappear down the memory hole of the MSM.
Picture up now. Blue eyed blond. He has just been released from hospital. 0.interupted his vacation to call each one of them. Also a Brit involved. Praise God for such brave young men !
Yeah!!
Praise God!
I read on a thread yesterday that they heard the terrorist loading his rifle (he was in the bathroom)....and figured out what was about to go down......quick thinking and on top of the situation....(inside the terrorists OODA Loop)
That too. Military would recognize the sound. Not sure that I would. Three cheers for the Red White and blue!
He may be but there were no Marines on that train.
That was the American-French passenger that was shot in the neck when the Muzzie came out of the Restroom.
The American Soldiers provided him First Aid after they subdued the Muzzie, saving his Life. One of the Soldiers had some EMT Training.
The French Actor cut his hand breaking the Glass on the Alarm.
That was not the case. The Soldiers were at the other end of the Car and heard the Shot. They then rushed down the Aisle and subdued the Muzzie.
Sounds kind of like what happened on Flight 19.
God Bless America and our Military.
Father of AA was on Fox. He is a minister of Baptist church and wee asked not just allowed to give quite a lengthy witness of how God had his hand in the incident and used the young men to do his will. Beautifully said. Was a bit surprised at FOX at encouraging it
I was having dinner in London when eventually he got, as the Europeans always do, to the part about Your countrys never been invaded. And so I said, let me tell you who those bad guys are. Theyre us. WE BE BAD. Were the baddest-assed sons of bitches that ever jogged in Reeboks. Were three-quarters grizzly bear and two-thirds car wreck and descended from a stock market crash on our mothers side. You take your Germany, France, and Spain, roll them all together and it wouldnt give us room to park our cars. Were the big boys, Jack, the original, giant, economy-sized, new and improved butt kickers of all time. When we snort coke in Houston, people lose their hats in Cap dAntibes. And weve got an American Express card credit limit higher than your piss-ant metric numbers go. You say our countrys never been invaded? Youre right, little buddy. Because Id like to see the needle-d*cked foreigners whod have the guts to try. We drink napalm to get our hearts started in the morning. A rape and a mugging is our way of saying Cheerio. Hell cant hold our sock-hops. We walk taller, talk louder, spit further, f*ck longer and buy more things than you know the names of. Id rather be a junkie in a New York City jail than king, queen, and jack of all Europeans. We eat little countries like this for breakfat and shit them out before lunch.
Of course, this guy should have punched me. But this was Europe. He just smiled his shabby, superior European smile. (God, dont these people have dentists?)
I wonder if the Obama Administration will charge him with assault and Islamophobia?
Oh good grief, did centurion SERIOUSLY have to put a sarcasm tag on his post?
“Marine” ID came from a professional Belgian journalist
