Since revelations Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton used an unsecure private email server to conduct all of her government business during her time as Secretary of State came to light earlier this year, we've heard every excuse imaginable for the practice. As we've learned in recent weeks that top secret, classified information was sent, received and stored on the server, the excuses have gotten worse.
First, Clinton claimed during a press conference in March that there was "no classified information."
"I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email. There is no classified material. So I'm certainly well-aware of the classification requirements and did not send classified material," Clinton said during the press conference.
Then the story became Clinton never sent or received any information that was marked classified.
"I did not send classified material, and I did not receive any material that was marked or designated classified," Clinton said in New Hampshire recently.
Earlier this week, Clinton Press Secretary Brian Fallon tried to ease tensions surrounding a criminal FBI investigation into Clinton's personal email use and mishandling of top secret classified information by claiming she was a "passive recipient of unwitting information that subsequently became classified."
But a new report from Reuters shows that according to basic rules, the information contained on Clinton's private server was classified from the beginning, not after the fact or when team Clinton decided it was a convenient time for it to be so.
In the small fraction of emails made public so far, Reuters has found at least 30 email threads from 2009, representing scores of individual emails, that include what the State Department's own "Classified" stamps now identify as so-called 'foreign government information.' The U.S. government defines this as any information, written or spoken, provided in confidence to U.S. officials by their foreign counterparts.
This sort of information, which the department says Clinton both sent and received in her emails, is the only kind that must be "presumed" classified, in part to protect national security and the integrity of diplomatic interactions, according to U.S. regulations examined by Reuters.
"It's born classified," said J. William Leonard, a former director of the U.S. government's Information Security Oversight Office (ISOO). Leonard was director of ISOO, part of the White House's National Archives and Records Administration, from 2002 until 2008, and worked for both the Bill Clinton and George W. Bush administrations.
"If a foreign minister just told the secretary of state something in confidence, by U.S. rules that is classified at the moment it's in U.S. channels and U.S. possession," he said in a telephone interview, adding that for the State Department to say otherwise was "blowing smoke."
In other words, Clinton knew she was handling classified information on a personal server and didn't care. Further, she shared classified information with her aides through unsecure personal accounts with little regard for protecting national security.
HRC has tried blaming: -GOP -@nytimes -email senders -Obama bureaucracy -phony labeling issue -phony GOP precedent

If Lady Justice is truly blind, Clinton will be held to the same standard as everyone else when it comes to mishandling top secret information. General David Petraeus has suffered the consequences as have a number of military service members who have improperly handled classified information. There is no doubt she should be indicted.
When Hillary announced that she had no classified info in her emails and nothing classified was stored on her server, most intelligent Americans knew then she was lying
But there were millions of Democrats who fell down to their knees and worshipped Hillary, crying out “She is innocent, leaver her alone!”
Of course she was lying...where would all the classified information be transmitted to/from that is required for her to perform her duties?
Someone...anyone...put this obese, dishonest, elderly, smelly, criminal thing (aka: hillary) into prison.
Here it is for those who play by the rules:
There is no doubt she should be indicted.
Kinda noticeable Obama and gang are not coming to her aid.
Kinda noticeable Bubba is not at her side.
Hillary...go home. The horse is dead.
She still thinks its the 90’s and the old tricks still work.
You mean Hillary lied? Is that possible?
This is a smoke screen. They have been bickering about minute details for over a month and haven’t looked at the Server or emails yet. The illegal activity is inside the Clinton Foundations. The Foundation bought the Server and system. Bill uses it along with Huma, Mills, etcc... I would not be suprized if everything is stored in the Foundations Servers at this time. That is what the Clintons are trying to hide. Claasified information along with illegal use of the Server points to Treason. Maybe someone will look into this?

drunken, cankled and lesbian too.
As Rudy Giuliani has said; the moment she used her phone for any government business that phone became the property of the U.S. gov., IE the American people, and deleting anything from it was a felony.
That goes for every digital device she used.
bttt
That server probably has copies of the Weiner weiner jpegs.

Hillary was not some low level civil servant working in an obscure office somewhere. She was the Secretary of State for four years. In that position, she dealt with sensitive, classified, and Top Secret information on a daily basis. Before that, she served in the senate for eight years, where she was provided with classified briefings on a recurring basis. After all of those years, she knows classified information when she sees it, even if it isn’t marked as such. Does she really think anyone would believe her when she says “I didn’t know it was classified” or “it wasn’t marked as classified when I saw it?” Even the low information voters aren’t buying that.
Arrest her. Put her to the question for all she knows. Then hang her in the public square.
The notion that fours years of emails to and from a US Secretary of State contained no classified information was one of the most preposterous things anyone ever attempted to put over on the public. Some in the media might have been ignorant enough to believe it, and maybe many in the public since so few have military experience or experience with classified government communications.
But this was one of the biggest lies ever attempted, and many in the media had to know it, also.
“As Rudy Giuliani has said; the moment she used her phone for any government business that phone became the property of the U.S. gov., IE the American people, and deleting anything from it was a felony.”
Then when can we expect a criminal indictment?
