CNN)Donald Trump appeared to contradict his own immigration policy proposal Tuesday, just two days after releasing a detailed outline of his plans.
Trump said he wants foreigners who study at American universities to be able to stay in the U.S., but his immigration plan released Sunday would make it more difficult for foreigners to obtain certain visas and green cards that would allow them to remain and work in the U.S. legally.

“Not really. Others may have been shouted into silence or driven away but we still exist in far greater numbers.”

Seems all the polling data disagrees with you.
The PhD’s in STEM are very valuable to the progress of this economy.
Instead we import ONE MILLION legal immigrants every year who rarely possess skill and knowledge to be useful to our economy. Most are admitted as relatives.
Trump is more intelligent than I thought.
“It is more than possible to hate DC, the establishment and the left and NOT like Trump one bit.”
Yeah, it’s called being a deep-rooted conservative based in core beliefs, logic, and trust. Welcome to the ever-shrinking club.
BUMP
Must dual to Zot.
The media, the Democrats and the GOPe are delighted there are folks like you and cripplecreek out there helping them.
Some words of wisdom from Sarah Palin:
He [Donald Trump] is the best thing to happen to the political class since the beauty of the Tea Party genuine movement rose up and shined light on crony capitalism and pulled the rug right out from under status quo politicians who just kind of embrace that permanent political class.
Foreigners at our colleges he’s talking about aren’t illegals.
Yeah, its called being a deep-rooted conservative based in core beliefs, logic, and trust. Welcome to the ever-shrinking club.

Oh spare us your self righteous pronouncements!
BTW, looks like Sarah and Ted are not in your little club.
Aren’t we parsing pubic hairs on Coke cans here?
THIS IS CNN. BLACKHOLES ANYBODY?
..snorkel...snorkel
Sarah AND Levin (TGO) disagree. They both support what Trump is doing and saying....to turn this mess around. I guess Bushbots/RINO’s/establishment-types are happy with the current trajectory we’re on.
You realize that both Cruz and Palin are in the club, and are in the other club. We need to all be in it to win.
LOL, this time, at least. :) Thank you, friend.
That was entirely my mistake...I thought you were in agreement with a particular bit of nuttiness. I should have known better.
Instead of keeping these exceptionally skilled people, we import ONE MILLION legal immigrants every year who rarely possess any skills and knowledge to be useful to our economy. Most are admitted as family relatives.
So we admit 100 times more useless people! A whole bunch of them collect government benefits. I personally know dozens of people who were approved for permanent residence as parents of US citizens, and every one of them gets social security checks without having worked a single day in USA. Are we really that stupid?
Go look at Trump’s plan and find your amnesty— you will not find it.
They’re worried about Trump’s tweets while Cruz is casting votes in the US Senate to enable Obama’s secret “trade” deals, shacking up with Paul Ryan and proposing a massive increase in H1-B visas.
The cognitive dissonance of the TDS crowd boggles the mind.
So by your calculus, the other candidates with lower numbers come out ahead?
BTW, you never explained how Trump’s Tweets that you posted contradicted his immigration plan. Care to explain?
You're forgetting about people like me. I am for Cruz, so that puts me in your 75% group. But I am not opposed to Trump. Not everyone who prefers another candidate is necessarily therefore opposed to Trump.
lol
