The White House has hired its first openly transgender staff member.
The White House announced Raffi Freedman-Gurspan's appointment on Tuesday. Freedman-Gurspan is an outreach and recruitment director for presidential personnel in the Office of Personnel. Transgender advocates say she is the first openly transgender official to serve in the White House.

Back in the day, engaging in homosexual behavior, let alone being a tranny, was automatic disqualification for obtaining a security clearance, and in most cases ANY federal job at all.
Why? Two major reasons:
First, most homosexuals suffer from some sort of mental disturbance and are emotionally unstable (ditto for someone who can’t decide what they are).
Second, the above instability renders such individuals highly subject to being blackmailed by foreign governments.
You can’t change human nature and it is folly to try.

Ha! Once, husband & I were travelling over on the east coast, staying at a lot of the B&B’s we found in travel books. At one right on the beach, after we checked in & were sitting in the restaurant having our supper; I began looking around. We were the only “couple” in the place. The rest at every table were “same sex”. No one was cuddling or doing anything out of order really. It was just odd. - We went ahead & spent the night. I don’t reckon we got cooties (vice-versa).
