Is mobbed by thousands of fans and attacks 'worst-ever' Hillary and 'beholden to donors' Jeb Bush
Donald Trump arrived at Iowa State Fair in his Sikorsky S-76 helicopter Wearing a 'Make America Great Again!' cap, he held a press conference He said he would 'take care of people and 'bring back jobs' as president Also called Hillary Clinton 'the single worst Secretary of State in history' And he lashed out at opponent Jeb Bush for being 'a puppet to his donors' Trump said he had made 'no mistakes' in his presidential campaign so far -despite remarks about Mexican illegal immigrants and Fox's Megyn Kelly
He was mobbed by thousands of fans - more than other candidates were
Donald Trump was mobbed at Iowa State Fair on Saturday afternoon as he staged a grandiose entrance in his $7million helicopter and launched an all-out war on his 2016 presidential rivals. Shortly after 1pm, the GOP frontrunner arrived in his $7million Sikorsky S-76, landing in a parking lot near to the fairgrounds, which he had hired out so he could give free helicopter rides to children.
He then held a press event, during which he called Hillary Clinton the 'worst Secretary of State' in U.S. history, accused Jeb Bush of being a 'puppet to his donors' and asked: 'Who likes Obama?' Donning one of his now-famous 'Make America Great Again!' caps, and surrounded by children, Trump declared 'nobody' would meet the high standards that he would set if he was president. 'Voters like me, they know I'm doing to do the job,' he said, adding that he would 'bring back jobs', 'take care of people', tackle illegal immigration and 'be better to women' - unlike other candidates.

Ah, well, BTDT, and it shows the danger of 3rd parties, a lesson we ALL learned after that. I watched his ‘infomercials’ as well. Didn’t see many headlights on during the drive to work the morning after he called for that, though.
I am confused by the headline. Obama arrives by Marine helicopter most of the time (or a huge motorcade) and the headline never says that he stages a grandiose arrival - at least Trump is paying for his own helicopter.
Yep, hell, Trump could pay off all the other candidates to just quit and go home. Heh!
I watched C-SPAM, off and on, today in hopes of catching Trump, in Iowa. When I first tuned in, ¡El Jeb! was on, a couple of hours later, Hellary was on.
I only got to see replays of Trump, as I must’ve timed it wrong, to catch him live.
What I noticed was how practically NO ONE was around ¡El Jeb! or Hellary...it’s like they had to force a few people to follow them around, and the sound and video quality were terrible.
Contrast that with Trump’s walk through the Iowa crowds...tons of folks were surrounding him, trying to get pics, shake hands, etc.
Yuge difference.
90 to 1!
“Trump declared ......’nobody’ would meet the high standards that he would set if he was president.”
that just a tad arrogant I’d say. yes
I think Trump should get SS protection at least as soon as 0bola got it.
cannot.... due to financial realities or MORAL concerns??
I rather doubt that Ted Cruz could be bought..on either account!
Trump looks and acts more presidential than any of the others.
Hate to ignurant
But what’s your stance on Trump
I’m tentatively on board but having a blast either way watching Vichy apparatchiks self immolate hourly
Here's a cop lady loving her job today! LOLOL...so is the guy in back of her
He’s comfortable in his own skin and has mastered executive presence, although his trademark hair is easily caricatured. He doesn’t care, obviously, which is I suppose part of the charm.
If you look carefully, when he is ensconced in safety of Trump Tower or TV studio for interviews, his girth looks smaller wearing a suit. When out in public, he wears this fluffy jacket. He must be wearing a bullet proof jacket underneath. At least I hope he does.
Here is what happened to so called Clinton friends.

17- And dont ever forget about the 4 dead Americans of Benghazi!!!
I can’t recall any candidate since 1960 with the self confidence Trump radiates.
Not Reagan?
If your Perot vote was in 1992, don’t regret it.
Because the GOP was utterly shocked that 19% of the vote went to Perot, including mostly Bush vote, we got Newt Gingrich, the Contract with America, and the GOP won the 1994 mid terms, gaining the House for the first time in 40 years.
In 1996, the GOP ran Bob Dull. Show you how much they learned.
Now we have given the GOP the House AND the Senate.
And they still piss on us.
Trump/Cruz 2016.
I made similar observation to your post a few weeks back here. There are no rich donor sugar daddy’s to satisfy in case of Trump. He has enough money so next HUNDRED generations of Trumps can EACH inherit $100 million. So more money at age 69 is no big deal and can’t be the motivation.
The only motive I can see is wanting to leave behind a legacy of having restored the country to be great again.
Reagan had a different personality. He made you feel warm and fuzzy inside with his speeches. He had quiet inner confidence. Trump reminds me more of general Patton. Totally fearless, totally confident of victory.
