Megyn Kelly will be the first to tell you she’s had a busy week after locking horns with Donald Trump – so she’s taking a vacation.
In a clip from “The Kelly File” posted online, the Fox News host told viewers that she will be gone for the next week and a half, while she is spending time at the beach with her husband and kids.
“It’s been an interesting week and a long six months without a vacation for yours truly,” Kelly said.
The timing of the announcement raised more than a few eyebrows. After Kelly challenged the billionaire GOP candidate for his sexist comments about women during the first presidential debate, Trump’s remarked that Kelly must have had “blood coming out of her whatever.”
The remark caused a rift between the former reality TV star and the news network, and Kelly has said she will not apologize to Trump for doing “good journalism.”
Fox boss Roger Ailes reportedly stepped in to mend those ties – which included offering Trump screen time on Kelly’s namesake program – and Fox hosts have remained relatively quiet about the feud since.

Trump himself has insisted that he did not, in using the word “wherever,” actually mean to suggest that Kelly was on her period. Rather, as he later told the Today Show and CNN’s Jake Tapper, he meant that she was so angry that she seemed to be bleeding from some other orifice—like, say, a nose, or an ear.
The actual headline says “vacation”. This is some low-brow Trumpette’s idea of a funny.

Roger Ailes sent her on a vacation "timeout" after he told her to put it in reverse and backup in regard to the Trump encounter.
She's far too proud to admit it, but she got her a$$ clipped, and she did it to herself.
I don’t do FB but during this fight access was posted all over the place. The woman is truly in love with herself. The question is will she post pictures of herself in a bikini at the beach.
