Megyn Kelly will be the first to tell you she’s had a busy week after locking horns with Donald Trump – so she’s taking a vacation.
In a clip from “The Kelly File” posted online, the Fox News host told viewers that she will be gone for the next week and a half, while she is spending time at the beach with her husband and kids.
“It’s been an interesting week and a long six months without a vacation for yours truly,” Kelly said.
The timing of the announcement raised more than a few eyebrows. After Kelly challenged the billionaire GOP candidate for his sexist comments about women during the first presidential debate, Trump’s remarked that Kelly must have had “blood coming out of her whatever.”
The remark caused a rift between the former reality TV star and the news network, and Kelly has said she will not apologize to Trump for doing “good journalism.”
Fox boss Roger Ailes reportedly stepped in to mend those ties – which included offering Trump screen time on Kelly’s namesake program – and Fox hosts have remained relatively quiet about the feud since.

Then, my Window Watch Podengo yips to alert the other dogs and the male Dobe instantly launches himself from his customary sleeping/guarding position, across my hips, by using my stomach as a springboard.
Then, we’re ALL awake for a while.

Reports on this have been spotty. So I am a bit surprised this leaked out.
