Dear Donald Trump Supporters:
Youre fed up. This much I understand. Youre fed up with politicians who say one thing on the campaign trail, like that theyre going to stop illegal immigration, and then do another in Washington; youre fed up with insiders who rig the system for their benefit at your expense; and youre fed up with coastal media elites and their insular subculture.
On some level I sympathize. In the last presidential election, I couldnt bring myself to vote for any of the candidates. I just left it blank. I wanted nothing to do with my awful options.
What I dont understand is why you think a President Trump would treat us better. If you elect the billionaire, what makes you think that he will use whatever talents that he possesses to address your grievances rather than to benefit himself? After all, hes a man who has zealously pursued his self-interest all his life.
Hes done so as a developer in New York City, where one must be a connected insider to succeed in real estate. He is himself a member of the media elite: a reality television start who had lucrative relationships with NBC and Univision. When he has a problem with Fox News, he calls Roger Ailes on the phone!
Remember that moment in the Republican debate where he talked about giving money to politicians so that, if he wanted them to do something, they would? Then he was asked, you gave money to Hillary Clinton, so what, exactly, did she do for you? He replied that when he called and told her to come to his wedding, she did. If you were getting married, would you want Hillary Clinton sitting in the front row?

ME toooooo.
It’s obvious that this turkey really doesn’t get it.
Part of me wants to set him straight. But to what end? Stupid cuts to the bone.
Winning attitude and confidence win pageants and elections. World Wars are started and ended, by the necessary means of savage advantage- and none other.
World Wars are started and ended, by the necessary means of savage advantage- and none other.
Trump will use violence of action, politically speaking, to get things done with Congress to move an agenda.
Trump is against cap & trade tax. He does not believe in MAN MADE climate change.
The other “business background” candidate...watch this short video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bO6Bdt7mbVY&info=FiorinaSupportsCapTrade
“Trumps only record is his business and his private dealings with others, and thats all we have to go with as of now.”
And what he has done so far in the campaign...which is:
1. Single handedly demolishing PC, the country’s enemy #1
2. Take it to the propaganda organs (the media)
3. Take it to the establishment of all stripes
4. Put illegal immigration on the front burner...
5. ...As well as sanctuary cities
6. Stated a clear position on PP - defund them if they do abortions
7. Took a strong position on China, etc, regarding currency manipulation
8. Energized the conservative grassroots like no one else
9. Force the media to cover what he has to say, putting his bombastic style to good use
10. Not apologize or back down at the demands of the PC police, instead he doubled down
11. Come out strong against ISIS
12. Come out for a military so strong (and with the will to use it) that no one would mess with us
13. Come up with a simple slogan that resonates with sane americans of all stripes - “Make America Great Again”.
14. Dominate the news cycle for weeks at a time, getting all the attention and name recognition, and taking all the oxygen out of the other campaigns, in the process spending not a cent for all that publicity.
I’d say, not a bad RECORD TO LOOK AT for just the first couple of months. Long ways to go, but so far, what’s not to like?
To paraphrase that song, “Maybe it’s an egomaniac we’re looking for.”
My ideal candidate would be one with Cruz’s strong ideological underpinnings and Trump’s style - maybe they’ll eventually pair up.
If Glenn Beck is so wise then why hasn’t he run for President?
Really? How?
You tell me how?
I know.
Yep, Icarly pushing Cap and Trade.
Sorry, wrong aricle.
Hmmm. Catch a fish, and show the tail.
Sure.
Because he doesn't need to be President to accomplish that goal.
He looks he like he hasn’t started shaving yet and is still in grade school.
We don't, but voting for the same is sure voting for the same.
okay, I’ll bite. I ask you the question, “How will Trump use violence of action, politically speaking, to get things done with congress to move an agenda.”????
No you tell me how? I’m sure you have an idea.
Especially when they pull the Mario Cuomo "see, no answer!"
To which Phil Damato promptly responded "Oh, you got an answer. You just didn't like it!"
