It’s all over for Hillary Clinton.
How bad is it? Hillary is now more likely to wind up in “The Big House” than the White House.
How bad is it? The cover-up of and conspiracy in Benghazi is the least of her worries.
How bad is it? No one is even mentioning the Clinton Foundation- where she accepted $2 billion in bribes (I mean donations) while Secretary of State, much of it from foreign governments, while quickly awarding contracts to those same countries and companies. Isn’t that called treason? That’s not even on the radar screen…yet.
How bad is it? This scandal doesn’t even involve 32,000 emails she chose to erase and the server she purposely destroyed.
No, this first of many criminal investigations to come against Hillary involves only two top-secret classified documents sent to her, and shared with her staff, on her personal emails. A place where any Chinese or Russian hacker could read the most sensitive U.S. government secrets.
It involves only two top-secret emails because the intelligence community only looked at 40 emails out of 32,000. Forty. They found two out of 40 that potentially broke the law. Two that could have put American national security at risk. Two that would have put American lives at risk.
What happens when they gain access to all 32,000 of Hillary's emails? Will they find hundreds, or thousands of classified documents? Of course they will.
You think they found the only two out of 40 they looked at by pure chance? Or are classified top-secret documents sprinkled throughout Hillary's 32,000 emails? No wonder she erased them and wiped the server clean. Her lawyers told her if she didn't destroy the evidence and claim they were all personal emails, she would be headed to "the Big House."
Hillary broke the law every single day with her personal emails. She put our entire country…our national security…our CIA agents…even our children at risk. This is about to explode into the biggest scandal in the history of our government.
Hillary is now a presidential candidate under criminal investigation by the FBI and DOJ. Her key aides are under investigation. People around her are going to jail. And when they find out they’re facing 20 years in prison, they will point fingers at Hillary to try to lower their own prison sentences.
How bad is this situation? The real truth isn't even out yet. We've only seen the tip of the iceberg. At the moment Hillary's only real competition is an old hippie who brags that he’s a socialist. Yet that guy just took the lead in New Hampshire. It’s not even close- Bernie Sanders leads Hillary 44-37%. Hillary is getting trounced by a 1960’s radical with no money, who is proud to call himself a commie!
The writing is on the wall. It’s all over but the actual speech announcing Hillary’s withdrawal from the race. That’s just a formality at this point. Think of all the disappointed foreign countries, certain they’d bought the next president. This must be devastating to world leaders and corrupt CEOs of multi-national corporations.
Just as I’ve predicted for months now, Hillary is done. Stick a fork in her. The only real suspense now is who will replace her as the Democratic nominee.
Now to the fun part. The leading contenders are a commie (Bernie Sanders), a crazy man (Joe Biden) and a white woman who made believe she was an Indian to get a job at Harvard (Elizabeth Warren).
I’m betting on Elizabeth Warren. Here’s why.
First, it can’t be Bernie Sanders. He’s an outright socialist. America only elects socialists who pretend to be moderates (see Obama). No one admitting proudly they believe in the economic system of Cuba, Angola, Venezuela and Greece can be president of the United States. Big crowds, or not, Bernie is only a passing fancy. The Democrats must find a socialist who at least pretends to love America.
That leaves Joe Biden (aka “Crazy Joe”). I’ve predicted for months that Joe Biden would enter the race. But can he win? The Democrat Party is a party of angry, mentally-wounded, politically-correct, special interest groups united by one cause- a hatred for “privileged” straight white men. Joe Biden just doesn’t fit the theme.
But there’s a woman out there who is perfect for the perennially angry special interests of the Democratic Party. She can continue on with Hillary’s theme- that there’s a “Republican war on women.” Her name is Elizabeth Warren.
Warren bowed out of this race months ago in deference to Hillary. But now that Hillary is mortally wounded, I can already see the “heroic” press conference. It's patriot Elizabeth Warren to the rescue. I could write the script. You know Elizabeth is getting ready at this moment to step over Hillary's lifeless political body.
And just like that the “Republican war on women” is back in the headlines and back in TV ad campaigns. The Democrats are back in business. They’ve traded out a ultra-liberal woman with ethical issues for an ultra-liberal woman with ethical issues. But instead of ripping off taxpayers and the U.S. government, Warren only lied and ripped off Harvard. That's good enough for the Democrats.
The media will love it. They’ll put Elizabeth on their biased shoulders and push her towards the presidency.
And all is well in the Democratic Party.
Just like that…Hillary is done. Just like that Hillary retires to Chappaqua and $50 million in legal bills. I can hear Hillary now, "Get to work Bill. We're broke."

She knows too much to put her in prison
. . . times 32,000 would be about 1,600. But the thing is, they’re not talking not just Confidential or even Secret. They’re talking Top Secret, possibly even Above Top Secret. We’re talking not remotely close to maybe could be close to unclassified.This seems to be a perverse version of the Peter Principle: promote a sociopath high enough, they reach the level where no amount of political connection can cover the amount of corruption, greed and avarice you get.
Don’t think “they” will risk criminal prosecution of Hillary because she has the goods on most of ‘em, but I would advise her to look both ways before crossing the street.
You can look at this in two ways. BO & Hillary both have the “dirt”on each other. Hillary has already stolen $ Billions via the Clinton Foundation. BO will let her fade away and/or Pardon her. In return she stays silent on BO and has to pay some big $ to BO’s Foundation(s). BO will not let her give up his secrets until he is out of office so one would think Option 1 is more plausible.

Sad, but true.
Those emails originates somewhere on a very secured server. Those servers do not send emails to personal email accounts. If someone did that then they are looking at 20 years in jail. So the question is how those secured emails make it to Granny’s home brew? Someone copied them on a stick and walked them to Granny. That’s another 20 years. Looking at 20 years I throw Granny under the bus and turn federal witness to get it to 5 years.
Think Platte River is sweating a little now? Someone from that company is going away.
Find the person who copied the emails and gave them to Granny, break them and Granny goes away.
Bill is thinking about restarting the Dating Game Show. He can’t wait.
There is always the Fort Marcy Park option if she threatens OB.
From how I understand it, all the government needs is the MAC address, which is hardwired to the NIC. From that, they can piece together emails that left that device and also emails that pointed towards that device.
In other words, in order to truly destroy your emails, it's not enough to delete them off your own computer. You also need to delete them off all the computers that ever sent you mail and all the computers that you sent mail to.
Who's left at Gitmo?
Is Mrs. Huma Weiner a housewife now? Or still clinging to Hill’s pantsuit?
On the bright side, she’s always wanted to improve her dialect - so now she’ll have that chance.
I don’t see this amounting to anything but support for HRC from her die-hards and the “independents”.
I wish I could believe it, but I think they’re just going to push this enough to keep Hillary out of the White House.
Let’s not forget, they CAUGHT Sandy Berger STEALING documents from the National Archives. As I recall, not a single day in jail. And he stole one of a kind meeting notes.
Hillary will get fined and sent on her merry way.

I disagree with the last. Let's not forget, Obama is a petulant little bitch who holds grudges. I have no doubt that he's thrilled about this, learning that Hillary was secretly communicating with Sid "Vicious" Blumenthal, after Obama banned him from the State Department. Between that, and Hillary's 2008 primary campaign, I'll bet that Obama does care, and wants to put her in her place. If not, the FBI would have never gotten involved. But I doubt she'll get more than a "slap on the wrist." Just enough to keep her forever out of the White House.

Reality and history has shown us that the scenario will likely play out differently...
As much as we all hate it, Hillary will probably skate off cackling into the sunset while Huma and everyone who surrounds her will visit either Federal Prison or the morgue.
Sorry for being so pessimistic, but she has already committed far worse felonies than these and has even been filmed committing a felony and nothing ever happened.
She has a trail of dead bodies, screwed business partners, bankrupt investors, morgue denizens and more that would love to see justice more than I, however, reality and history has proven that she will continue to prevail and can, in fact, be filmed committing a felony and never have to answer for it.
The FBI still has some good people who will compile loads of evidence. But, Justice won’t touch it. It’ll die at that point.
