If his Republican opponents will not take down Donald Trump, Fox News will not only show them how it is done. Fox News will do the job for them.
That is the message that came out loud and clear from last Thursday’s debate in Cleveland, which was viewed by the largest cable audience ever to watch a political event — 24 million Americans.
As political theater, it was exciting and entertaining.
But what was supposed to be a debate among the top-10 Republican candidates turned into a bear-baiting of Donald Trump.
Make no mistake. The issues Fox News raised were legitimate.
Trump’s threat to run third party, his remarks about women who have affronted him, the bankruptcies that four of his companies went through as he built his real estate empire — these are all fair game.
What was wrong here was that it was not his Republican rivals raising these issues or taking on Trump. It was the Fox News “moderators” of what was supposed to be a candidates’ debate. They came into the arena to do to Trump what his GOP rivals have been too timid or reluctant to do.
Chris Wallace and Megyn Kelly came with their oppo research done and attack questions prepared — to sack Trump in the end zone and send him to the locker room on a stretcher.
When did that become the job of a “moderator” who is supposed to be more of a referee than a middle linebacker?
Who decided to turn the first Republican presidential debate into a two-hour version of “The Kelly File”?
With the exception of Rand Paul on the opening question about Trump bolting to run as a third-party candidate, no Republican chose to follow up the Fox News attacks on Trump that were disguised as questions. They let Fox do the wet work.
The anger of Trump and his followers that he was being singled out and sandbagged is understandable, even if his reaction revealed that Fox News had drawn blood. Indeed, this debate will be recalled in political lore as the night Fox News tried to take down the Donald.
Did they succeed?
According to an NBC poll, taken in the 48 hours after Cleveland, Trump held first place and rose a point to 23 percent. Sen. Ted Cruz had vaulted into second place with 13 percent. Dr. Ben Carson had risen to No. 3 with 11 percent. Carly Fiorina, who was not in the top 10 a week ago, is now fourth with 9 percent.
Together, these four outsiders can claim the support of well over half of all Republicans, while the beltway favorites — Marco Rubio at No. 5, Jeb Bush at No. 6 and Scott Walker at No. 7 — can together claim less Republican support than Donald Trump alone.
Who won the debate? According to the NBC poll, it was Carson, Trump and Cruz in that order.
With a real opportunity to capture the presidency in 2016, those leading in the race for the GOP nomination seem to be among the least likely to amass 270 electoral votes. But those most acceptable to the establishment seem, as each month passes, to generate less and less enthusiasm.
Yet, what is now clear is that the Republican establishment wants Trump out of this race, and, frustrated at his continuing strong support, is less and less willing to wait for him to implode.
Over the weekend, we heard talk of a Kasich-Rubio ticket, or vice versa. Yet, in that NBC poll, Kasich remains dead in the water after the debate, dropping from 3 to 2 percent, while Rubio is at 9 percent.
A real danger is emerging here of the split inside the GOP deepening and widening. For if it is seen that Trump has not been rejected by the voters, but driven out the race by the establishment and the elites, the value of the nomination will be vastly diminished.
Thus far in this presidential season, the rise of the Republican outsiders, insurgents, nonpoliticians and anti-politicians reveals how far the people of the United States are estranged and alienated from their political leadership.
In the Democratic Party, too, we have seen the rise of outsider-insurgent Socialist Bernie Sanders to within single digits of Hillary Clinton in New Hampshire, and the fall of Clinton to where she is underwater in the polls on issues of trust and, “Does she care about people like me?”
If there is one lesson to be taken from this run-up year to the presidential campaign of 2016, it is that a huge and growing segment of the nation does not want what the establishment of either party has on offer.
And as insurgent parties spring up all over Europe, and the two-party system disintegrates there, the Europeanization of American politics may be at hand.

The Wall Street Journal, or Obama Murdoch Looters Rag for Jeb published a poll which no one noticed or commented on. It has nothing to do with though Donald Trump’s support among Republicans, but the little factoid included that 19% of Democrats would vote for Donald Trump.
Round that to 20% and I have a little reality for you, in Ronald Reagan never pulled 20% of the rabid radical leftist vote out of the Democratic Party for his landslides, and Donald Trump in early polling is doing just that.

We return now to the numbers, Donald Trumps 20% of democratic voters. Do you realize that 20% of the democratic group is around 12 million votes. That pretty well negates any Hillary vote e flipping theft.
Let us run the numbers, in Hillary has the 62 million Obama flipped votes. Donald Trump has already taken 12 million of those votes, bringing her down to 50 million.
Donald Trump has fire in his campaign, and if it continues through like Ronald Reagan, this is going to ignite the Tea Party which has proven it will elect Congressional majorities in every district. 5 million voters will therefore show up to the polls or not be voting as I did for the Constitutional Party, but for Donald Trump instead.
Now factor in the reality that Donald Trump is also pulling in female voters, women are worried about the economy, their families, and their future security. They look at Donald Trump and know he cares for his family and knows how to prosper in tough times. The college kids having been cheated by illegitimate Obama and the GOP, are flocking to Donald Trump to in hope. This is a group, along with the 32% Latino vote who are trending Donald Trump.
Now bring the tallies up, Hillary and Donald or Donald and whoever have a 50 million vote base. Donald has taken 12 million from the democrats, that is 62 million. Donald Trump begins siphoning off Latins, Women and College Kids, that is another 8 million.
Hillary Clinton does not gain one vote. That is why there is the move to dump Hillary in she is tanking horridly. The Presidential 2016 AD elections in the year of our Lord numbers tally runs Donald Trump 70 million votes with Hillary Clinton or whoever at 42 million.
The information is being kept from you that Donald Trump has changed thee entire political dynamic in being Big East. The elections have been geared for mega California and New York always going liberal, with Florida and Texas splitting GOP. Then there are the swing states.

If Hillary is tanked, then when the economy tanks, Elizabeth Warren is to be moved into the front slot and latte is to be the Vice President. It is the best the liberal billionaires can tally in response as the insider tracking polls are projecting Donald Trump by these margins trouncing Hillary Clinton.
For those who want proof of this, that is what is behind the get Hillary campaign in all these investigations. Bernie Sanders was a straw fossil. He was supposed to rah rah the democruds at the bottom of the barrel that Reid and Pelosi hate as much as Boehner and McConnell hate the Tea Party, and in the primaries Hillary would kick his ass, and they would come back on leash. That though has not worked out, as Americans on the right and the left have had enough Obama rape up the ass, Mexicaniziation and gayphilia.

Donald Trump is the kind of rich Americans like. He earned it and he wants other people rich too, and not leashing them for their votes.

His Tea Party is armed and will revolt if the election is stolen, as there is no way in hell Donald Trump will not drag this into court and fight it out, exposing it all. Donald Trump will take the GOP vote, as they are not going to vote for anyone else, and in this includes the Paulites and others who just want to believe in the American Dream, get rich and then feel not so guilty as Obama made them feel.
Donald’s 20 I believe will expand against any democratic contender. The GOP elite like bitching about a 3rd party run as the idiot liberals salivate over Donald in the GOP or the 3rd party run.......thing is Donald Trump is devastating the democratic voter base in a greater extent than Ronald Reagan ever accomplished. Donald Trump is at the horizon point of turning the democratic party into a 3rd party like the Green Party. That is what Donald’s 20 means.
Americans on the right and left stop voting for bullshit, and start voting in their own interests, instead of some fag dick up someone’s ass or how to steal money from others for their sins, and Donald Trump is going to change the entire political landscape.
Donald’s 20 has the opportunity to make him historical in Andrew Jackson or Ronald Reagan teflon imperialism in which great things could be accomplished for America and the world in taking America back for Americans.
I think Trump has the capability to bull doze himself into the White House. There is no other on the political landscape that has his skill. What will be the brilliant thing is when he picks Sen. Ted Cruz for Vice President. He will need Cruz’s conservative perspective to understand the proper workings of government and the restraints of the Constitution. Cruz’s background in law and experience in government makes him an ideal person as President. However, as Vice President to The Donald, there is much he can learn as his apprentice. And, with that accomplishment, he will hold the White House, when it is his time, and have eight more years to make America even greater.

No dilemma at all. A Trump victory means EVERYONE who runs the RNC is out of work, a Hillary victory means business as usual (a Jeb victory, not that it will happen, means more jobs and chances of promotion).
That’s why they’re scared to death - it’s their jobs on the line. If Trump seems about to win the nomination, THE REPUBLICAN PARTY will be the ones that talk Third Party and will find someone, maybe Huckabee, to siphon votes to make sure Trump loses in November - exactly what they did to Oliver North when he ran for Senate.
Trump’s debate comeback should be something like: “Will the Republican Party support ME, if I’m on the top of the ticket?”

I thought the questions were outstanding. That’s what journalism looks like. Trump was given a microphone, center billing, and twice the time to talk - all by Megyn Kelly. Trump said nothing to her about the questions, but started immediately after the debate playing the victim.
