Many in his family succumbed to the same. pray. Here in Americus, Ga he was an old friend.
I think the poster is possibly from another dimension.
And yet SCOTUS The Honorable Ruth Bader Ginsberg, who underwent surgery related to pancreatic cancer on Feb. 5, 2009, continues on, defying all expectations.
CANCER WARRIORS PRAYER PING
a dread disease. please Lord be mighty for all concerned. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
Somebody we know who has pancreatic cancer recently went through an ex-vivo resection a procedure in which surgeons take out a patients organs and operate on them to remove tumors that cannot be treated any other way and then sew the organs back in.
I had never heard of this before - thought the person telling me about it was confused, but when I looked it up, it is an actual procedure. The guy looks like a ghost, but he’s returned to church at least when previously he was at death’s door. It looks like the procedure has, at a minimum, bought him some time.
Unix-based computer systems reckon time as the number of seconds since midnight 1 Jan 1970 GMT. West of Greenwich, a date of zero seconds falls in 1969. E.g.,
$ python -c "import time;print time.strftime('%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S %Z', time.localtime(0))" 1969-12-31 19:00:00 EST
I will assume you speak of Jimmy Carter. I will post here what I posted elsewhere: I have to do this, because Christ commands me that I must love my enemies: Prayers up to you, Mr. Carter.
HOW THE HELL DID YOU POST IN 1969???!?
Guys, we got a problem. There are now time-travel trolls.
(just kidding. XANGEL looks eccentric, not troll-y)
Time-travel trolls.
Must have been a database glitch.
Hey I’m married to a video game chick. I’m the wrong guy to ask about reality.
Condolences, if those are in order. Prayers up for all involved, FRiend. He Knows your needs, so I will leave the details to Him.
This OP has an irritating habit of posting nonsensical titles and not explaining himself.
There’s a phrase in IT: “somebody’s got to be the asshole”. It’s how delusions of adequacy are dispelled; how hard problems get addressed; how platforms are advanced beyond the status quo.
No. Back in '69, FreeRepublic was short-wave RTTY only.
I need to amend my comments regarding Carter and the Shah.
Another FReeper reminded me of something I had forgotten about.
Please use this link for an explanation.
Thanks.
