Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton will unveil a $350 billion plan aimed at making higher education more affordable at an appearance in New Hampshire Monday.

The proposal centers on a $200 billion federal incentive system aimed at encouraging states to expand their investments in higher education and cut student costs. States that guarantee so-called "no-loan" tuition at four-year public schools and free tuition at community colleges will be eligible to receive federal funds.

When I went to community college there was no tuition for 15 units.

Now the demorats have taken over CA.

It’s the free and subsidized college schemes that have already driven up college costs for students. But if she uses her hundred million dineros she milked from speeches socalled and others while she was selling govt favors while in office, ok

All these programs of loans and grants over the past 40 years have actually made college less affordable. The free money has given license to colleges to raise tuition through the roof. This proposal is more of the same. Real reform would be something that forces colleges to cut costs and tuition, not just more transferring those costs to the taxpayer.

http://www.usdebtclock.org/

The federal debt is already $18.3T and increasing by $500B a year, totaling $154,000 per taxpayer and rising. Nothing that adds to that massive debt is “affordable”.

Whenever I see the word “affordable” means that whatever it is that they’re making affordable will be less affordable to me.

This is doubly evil - not only does it rape the working stiff with higher taxes, it hooks the states to more “manna” from the federal government, which means more power for the fed over the states. They don’t toe the line, no more “manna”.

Shocker, more Democrat use of the Treasury to buy the vote. Shouldn’t bribing the voters be illegal or something?

Well, that’s better than printing up $350 billion more in air money or, worse, taking it from producers. It’s just “free sh!t” well, she’s got plenty of that - she’s full of it. :0)

Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton will unveil a $350 billion plan aimed at making higher education more affordable at an appearance in New Hampshire Monday.

How is Hillary going to pay for this, through the Clinton Foundation? Or, is she trying to out do Bernie in spending money taken from the "rich?" You are rich if you have a job.

Or, is Hillary just another tax and spend Democrat? But not to worry about the tax part, just continue to spend at a war tim rate, like Obama.

The war is against the USA, though.
