If Donald Trump's comments about Fox News Anchor Megyn Kelly are hurting his standing in the Republican primary, it's not showing in the numbers.
According to the latest NBC News Online Poll conducted by SurveyMonkey, Trump is at the top of the list of GOP candidates that Republican primary voters would cast a ballot for if the primary were being held right now.

Three out of the top four are outsiders and the one insider is the only bona fide conservative of the lot, with the GOPe bunch at the bottom, so VERY encouraging news right now. Let’s hope the actual primaries will reflect this apparent revolt of the peasants.

Here’s the problem for everyone but Trump. As long as Trump is in the race, Fox News will not host another debate. Which means from this point forward, republicans will have to debate on leftwing media.

Not your typical online poll where just anyone can click in and tweak the results. This was a targeted survey with a clearly identified sample.
I don’t put as much stock as I do in traditional polling, but survey monkey has a fairly strong methodology. The future is coming, and online sample polls ... not just ‘click here to like’ type polls ... are going to be more and more common.
This is in fact a poll with a calculated margin of error of 3.4%. I wouldn’t dismiss it out of hand.
The Left Wing Media running the debates is a big advantage for Cruz, he will fillet them to the delight of pub primary voters and the consternation of conservatives.

Donald is known to be a loyal friend . The NY Slimes written a huge article on Murdoch hatred of Trump and plant to use his media empire to destroy him.

Fox never understood who their audience was. They have started the decline, and it wasn’t the liberals or an Obama executive order that will take them out. It was their own ego. They though they were smarter than all of their viewers and they could manipulate everyone. They are the GOPe, and their time has run out.

Fox won’t host another anyway. The debate schedule, including the locations and which networks will be hosting have already been determined.
