An ordained United Church of Canada minister who believes in neither God nor Bible said Wednesday she is prepared to fight an unprecedented attempt to boot her from the pulpit for her beliefs. In an interview at her West Hill church, Rev. Gretta Vosper said congregants support her view that how you live is more important than what you believe in. I dont believe in...the god called God, Vosper said. Using the word gets in the way of sharing what I want to share.

Can you get fired from a debate club?
An atheist minister? Is that anything like a vegan steakhouse?
CC
Just the other evening, I was pulling up a story off of Netflix, from the History Channel, about "Bible Secrets" or some such.
Talking head after talking head was interviewed, all purported to be Bible scholars, all from Leftist campuses, all expounding on how the Bible is a political document based on agendas and lies.
I could only stomach about 12 minutes, if that.
Here, just as with them, are Leftists who have utterly no interest in anything but The Revolution.
Crazy! Time for a revolution of our own.
Um...wouldn't that be lack of beliefs?
Got your own belief? Start your own church and and preach all you want.
Don’t go to a church with an established belief system and then try to push your own beliefs.
Knucklehead.
***how you live is more important than what you believe in.***
See my tagline.
I guess if Izlam is the religion of peace, men can marry men,the Democrat Party can claim to be pro America, Bruce Jenner can pretend to be a women, white women can claim to be african american, violent black thugs can be victims, then I guess this women can claim to be a Reverend ???
Nothing makes sense when conversing with the leftists. It’s hard to nail them down on anything because their opinion and beliefs correspond with what they think others wantbto hear. I think they truly believe in a collective conscious and that there are no such things as indiviual’s rights. They are nutcases. There is no truth in them other than what they think it is ...for the moment.
She can be a Unitarian. There she will be welcomed with open arms.
No. She'd have to be an agnostic for that.
Geez I wonder what her sexual orientation is? I don't have a clue.../s
Forward by her little heretic friend Spong.
The gays have already capturednthe Unitarian Church. They want to afflict other debominations with their madness.
For certain men crept in unawares .... well, maybe not all are men.
there are some people that are only concerned with looking wise. they usually have a lot of intelligence but know real wisdom and so they look to be unusual and clever in there wisdom not even understanding what true wisdom is. This person trying to lay claim to the mantle of minister is probably just that type of person. she thinks she is being clever and that all religion is is the framing of ideas. so she claims the title and at the same time cheapens it . If she was ignored she probably woul go away bit because she cant be ignored she is going to be around along time damaging all that are weak in there faith.
You shouldn’t need to fire a pastor like this. Her congregation should have left already. Of course, they didn’t for a variety of reasons:
“I’ve always gone to this church.”
“I’m important at this church and don’t want to start over.”
“I’ve invested too much time and money into this church.”
“She’s got a point. The bible just seems to judgmental.”
“Why put labels on people?”
“I’m so glad that I can finally go to church without hearing ‘Jesus, Jesus, Jesus’ all the time.”
This is why the church in the West is failing.
Nice.....it’s her decision and she’s decided she’s God!
