NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Police have confirmed the death of the suspect in an active shooter situation in Antioch at a movie theater. They released his identity Wednesday night.
Police identified the suspect as 29-year-old Vincente David Montano, of Nashville.
Authorities said Montano was arrested in Murfreesboro in 2004 for assault and resisting arrest.
Officials said Montano was known to have psychiatric issues, and he had allegedly been committed four times, twice in 2004 to TriStar Centennial Parthenon Pavilion Mental Health Clinic in Nashville and twice in 2007 to a different facility.

He was very good at what he did. Burn out rate is very high. Pay extremely low. Much less than 15/ Stress of talking people down from top of buildings or knowing one of clients had a gun and were targeting you is not a lifestyle one can sustain foe very long
“If they are homeless they do not have access to medications.”
Well many of them aren’t homeless, and the ones that are often do have access to their medication.
What happens is that they start feeling better and then stop taking the medication. This is very common.
We’ll probably never know why he did this.

Paranoid schizophrenia and suicide by cop are the leading theories.
Yes it is. Repeated hospitalization is the only answer
The illegal, anti-American, anti-white and anti-Christian usurper who criminally seized power in both 2008 and 2012 has so poisoned the Republic that all kinds of criminal and anti-social behavior has reached pandemic proportions. The plan of the hussein/holder/jarrett trio was ultimately white genocide as is occurring in Zimbabwe and South Africa. The "knock out game" and "polar bear hunting" are not only tolerated by the filthy gang in the White Mosque but, in fact, are encouraged and abetted. As I see it, this is part of the regime's scheme to install sharia law in this once-free Republic.
There's no doubt that allah's followers are satan's soldiers!

6. The Paranoid Schizophrenia Myth
Mental Illness gets a bad press, even in medical dramas
Mental health issues carry a lot of bad stigma in todays society. I get very cross when medical dramas dont take the opportunity to dispel common myths and misconceptions. Schizophrenia is nearly always portrayed very badly: Characters either have a split personality or are blood-thirsty psychopaths.
In reality, people with schizophrenia are rarely violent, and do not have a split personality.
Paranoid schizophrenia is the name given for the commonest type of schizophrenia but many psychiatrists dont even use the term because of the negative and inaccurate connotations it has.
Unlike what you might have read in tabloid newspapers, people suffering from schizophrenia usually withdraw into themselves and are troubled by worrying delusions.
I heard he was hispanic (messkin). He sure looks like one of them and the dead giveaway is that he acts like they do. I really don’t think he’s Italian or has any form of white heritage.
Okay - instead of these sickos finding interesting venues to raise hell and take out innocents on their way to hell, I propose we just create Suicide by Cop zones. The James Holmes wannabe shows up there, and a cop or cops saves dozens of lives by simply shooting the poor bastard and putting him out of our misery. No slaughter, no years of high dollar lawyers buying endless delays and reprieves, no taxpayer supported lifetime of TLC for the little psychos. Problem solved.
Italian is ethnically Latino. And of the Caucasian (white) race.
Hispanic is also ethnically Latino. And also of the Caucasian (white) race.
In other words, whether he's Italian or Spanish (or Mexican...or Guatemalan...or Puerto Rican...or etc.), he's white.
Same thing, eh? ;-)

Well if that does turn out to be the case, he was definitely a leftist. A Conservative wouldn't do such a thing. No, Conservatives aren't perfect but their crimes as generally limited to illegal left turns or maybe deer hunting a day out of season. The rampages of this sort and political assassinations have all been performed by DemonRATs. History bears out this self-evident truth.
Well, before his mother pulled her Facebook page, I saw photos of her, one with him. Her birth surname is not Hispanic, nor does she appear so. And she has a niece, from the father’s side, who is a US Navy pilot.
Amazing what was available to sift through on Facebook. I’m kind of glad she pulled it. It appears that she did all that she could, while she was able, to get her son the mental care he needed; but the system is tilted towards freedom for the mentally ill, no matter the danger.
I don’t know for sure, but from what I read on her Facebook, coupled with the news reports about Texas calling her in May of this year, I think they may have found a body with his ID on it. When somebody posted on her FB page asking if the son was OK, she said she was waiting on DNA to come back. Later she posted DNA was back and son was OK. It was some time after that that she reported him missing, though I don’t recall the dates on the FB posts.
In any event, he may or may not be of a Hispanic, or Cuban, or Italian father. It doesn’t matter. He was mentally ill, and we no longer institutionalize people who really need institutionalization. So we have this.
But what about Vincente Fox?
And, by the way, he sure doesn't look white to me. Please compare the picture above with that of President Reagan.
It’s not the meds. It’s a lack of treatment.
When your leg is infected, your brain realizes it and causes you to treat the wound. When the brain is sick, it often does not realize it and thus does not seek treatment.
Our laws allow the individual to determine whether or not to accept medical intervention. Only if family members or law enforcement can prove that the individual is a danger to himself or others can he be removed from society against his will.
And even if he is taken off the streets, the court order is only good until the meds start working, then he’s back out, he doesn’t take his medicine, and the cycle repeats.
I’ve lived it with close family. Every time I learn of one of these episodes, I think, “There but for the grace of God . . .”
You are so right that it’s not a gun issue but a mental health issue. Time after time after time we hear about these sick people only after they’ve harmed others.
Yet we don’t have the will or the laws to take them off the street before they act.
One way of the other, this too is part of the hussein agenda. Ever since his illegal seizure of the office, his gang has wasted no time in releasing retards and criminals of all sorts. And believe me, in the months remaining in office, the regime will speed up the opening of prison and looney bin doors. This the real "Operation Chaos" being orchestrated out of the White Mosque. And there's still over a month of Jade Helm left for us here in Texas...better known as "enemy territory" by the baby killer at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
Which area is closer to Africa—south of our border or southern Europe?
