Poll: Who would make a better president, Hillary or Joe?
I know, there is no "Either one" option. But currently it's not looking good for the Beast.

The referenced poll unsurprisingly ignores the federal government’s constitutionally limited powers imo. After all, regardless what FDR’s activist justices wanted everybody to believe about Congress’s Commerce Clause powers (1.8.3), one of the very few powers that the states have delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, to regulate any aspect of INTRAstate commerce is the power to regulate the US Mail Service (1.8.7).
In other words, if the feds were respecting their constitutionally limited powers as the Founding States had intended, the only constitutional proving ground by which any president could prove leadership ability where domestic policy is concerned is by how well the US Mail Service is operated.
Nearly all other federal government domestic services are based on powers which the states have never amended the Constitution to give the feds the power to address, corrupt federal lawmakers likely establishing such services to win votes from low-information voters imo.

I bought that book at a library sale and was very upset that they had it stashed in the African American section. Apparently white people aren’t supposed to be interested in black SCOTUS Justices.
