STATE OF THE UNION (CNN): Gov. Chris Christie, R-N.J., Republican presidential candidate; Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., Republican presidential candidate.
Saw that. Newt was echoing Trump. And Huckabee ended his interview almost repeating Trump’s “Make America great again.” Trump is seizing control of the narrative. I bet viewership on ABC and CBS increased because Trump was on.
CNN interview with Ben Carson you can tell they are just desperate to have the numbers that Fox News Channel has.they’re picking away at the way Fox News is choosing a polls and all this crap they’re just so desperate to be where fnc is.
.
Exactly! You should write about it.
In fact, people ARE smart. BUT... We often use our big brains to conceptualize, rationalize and then justify our emotional beliefs.
That's why you see so many people believing the crap they believe in. It's not stupidity as much as it is mental gymnastics that got them where they did.
Ever argue with one of these folks? They change the subject, bring up straw men, exaggerate or make up facts, and use every logical fallacy in the book to prove--often to themselves more than anyone--they are correct. It takes a lot of brain power to believe nonsense!
I gotta disagree about Rick Perry I have watched him on numerous interviews and he’s been red hot on most of them anyone can have a bad day
Wll you can’t have our Father Tom, who is meeting with the music ministry this coming Tuesday night and Wednesday night yours truly has returned to the Finance council.
I like to keep an eye on the money of any organization to which I belong. It’s how I spent a lifetime making a living, after all.
I also learn that Father Tom is WRITING A BOOK! Indeed....it’s a compilation and narrative of all the “blesseds” in America....”Blesseds” being a step to sainthood as I sort of understand.
Let’s see.....beautiful singer....loves music and is very partial to choir....check. Puts out American flag on July 4 and such holidays and preceeds mass with pledge of allegiance....check. Finance council, I dunno yet but I got eagle eyeball on why there was no cop out on Route 1 after the 4:30 pm mass last week...IN THE SUMMER....I must add. Time for me to check in and see if he might be trying some hare-brained scheme to save money by getting us all killed.
And he’s writing a book?
Heh.
It’s like almost fiction.
Insert smile here.
No question Trump is driving the entire election right now. problem is he has to do it for at least another 14 or 15 months.thats a tall job.
Will never forget one of CNN’S top broadcasters asking in the middle of their coverage of Reagan ‘ s funeral:
“Did we miss something?”
Gee, ya think?
Personally, I was disgusted by the stand in host laughing and declaring “everyone” disagreed with Newt.
The Democrat Cankles apologist and the Host should be ashamed of themselves
OMG and the mental linguistics they engage in over this Planned Parenthood mess amazes me of such glib tongue!
“Helping humanity” or “Saving life of living child” or “insert smarmy term here that will change horror of limb-filled trays to flowers, puppies and joy”.
I seriously believe there is a line, somewhere, that will be crossed and the people will rise. Don’ know how they will rise, don’t necessarily see violence.
But something will stop this crazy game. Could well be part of Trump’s success at this point in time. There are plenty of us who understand logic vs emotion.
Or something.
Also the line from a few years ago saying “I don’t know anyone who voted for him” in talking about Bush.
....And it was done over the phone permitting Trump....
The phone in interview strategy blocks the MSM editors from chopping and distorting Trumps message.
The MSM will eventually work out a counter measure
That's because they're elitists. Everyone to them is another elitist just like them. They do not have a clue.
Did anyone get a chance to read FReeper Lazamatiz's essay on the elitists versus the rest of us?
The New Battle Lines: Elitists Vs. Us
How it's not really democrats versus republicans, or Left versus Right, but those in power versus the middle class?
Great read!
I understand the gotcha questions for Trump and I’m looking forward to see how he handles them. So far he’s been knocking them out of the park.
He’ll probably buy them. (re: new world order)
Donald Trump no show on Face the Nation. Good he didn’t need to be another liberal show anyway.
Thank you. I really think I stumbled upon something.
Perry should not be allowed to wiggle into the debate. That will be Fox’s doing if he’s there. They want him to ATTACK Trump on the McCain comments. Everyone else wants to move on. Not dimwitted La Raza Ricky. The former democrat Perry has also called Trump a “cancer” for conservatism. But if he’s at the second debate he’s only there because Fox put him to attack Trump.
Still three days after the story broke on Jeb Bush’s ties to Planned Parenthood not a word from Fox News.
I like Trump, because he knows the bear traps that are out that and he simply doesn’t play.
He knows there are plenty of other outlets for getting his message out.
I guess I’m usual because I supported Reagan before it was cool. I supported him over Ford and I read his book and liked what I read even before that. Reagan had more support in fly over country (Oklahoma to be specific) than he did in major population centers.
