The FBI has subpoenaed court documents which allegedly contain text messages between former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle and a former Subway franchisee, Business Insider reports, citing the franchisee’s attorney.
Business Insider reports in those texts, Fogle says he paid for sex with a 16-year-old girl.

Not sure about the age but this is Indiana, correct? Is prostitution legal in that state? If not, it is illegal no matter the age.
This also suggests that a sixteen year old accepted payment for services.
Is it moral? No.
Does this fall into the same category as an adult violating an innocent minor?

Point taken about having sex with underage teens, but this is also about prostitution among other things. Do you want to make the point that women pay as much for that as men?
My point is that immorality isn’t a MALE only issue.. it goes both ways. I see both males and females in today’s society less moral.
I dont get it-— there are tons of available women out there around his age and even younger but he has to go and mess with a 16 yr old minor? Dope—— there goes the easy revenue from Subway.
16 is legal in the majority of states.
And, according to Wikipedia, Jared is married and has two children.
Yeah, Indiana age of consent is 16. So I guess that part of it isn’t illegal. But the paying for part will get him in trouble at the least.
I haven’t seen anywhere what he paid, but another report says he found her on Craigslist.
As a Texan who was the exact same age as what was in Dazed and Confused, I have to say that the accuracy of that show is absolutely amazing. It was like going back into a time warp.
Needless to say, Jared's future contributions will be limited to trivia games.
Since 16 is age of consent in IN, it’s only about prostitution. Under age = 20 years. Paid for it = fine, embarrassment.
Cue Oingo Boingo’s “I love little girls” song.
Not that THEY loved them. They made the song as an attack on those going after young ones.
Do you see women paying billions a year for prostitution to act out their immorality, as men do?
