Since 16 is age of consent in IN, it’s only about prostitution. Under age = 20 years. Paid for it = fine, embarrassment.
He is lucky he is in Indiana. Some states he could have still been prosecuted because of the age difference and they could have made the case that he is in a position of authority over her as the national spokesperson for Subway.
