Missing Santa Cruz girl was raped and strangled, sources say
SANTA CRUZ (KRON) Sources say that the 8-year-old girl who vanished from her Santa Cruz apartment complex Sunday night was raped and strangled before her body was found inside a dumpster.
Madyson Middletons body was discovered inside of a dumpster at the Tannery Arts Center by one of the departments detectives Monday night. Police are not sure how long the body was inside the dumpster.

Initial reports of Middletons disappearance were received at 6:08 p.m. Sunday night, police said. Surveillance video captured footage of the girl riding her scooter around the complex at about 5:05 p.m.

A 15-year-old boy who was standing nearby the dumpster while crews searched for Middleton, was arrested around the same time the girls body was found, according to Vogel, and he thought that the boy may have been watching investigators look through the bin.
The suspect and Middleton were neighbors at the Tannery Arts complex.
According to police, the girl was lured into the teens apartment on Sunday night. Investigators found evidence that the girl was murdered inside the upstairs apartment before her body was carried down into the first floor garage then placed into a recycling bin.

I was OK with legal immigration until the tens of millions of illegals took all their spots. Now it is such a crisis we’d be better off with no immigration. Besides, politically correct legal immigration these days amounts to relocation muslim refugees to rural and suburban america.
Hang him.
Thanks for the explanation: This story has already disappeared from So Cal news - not that it was such a big deal.
My local paper had this story on page 11, under a news article about the upcoming garden club show and sale.
K,Thanks..
Hispanic family, low income housing, california, sanctuary city, media hesitant to cover the story. You have to connect the dots.
Seems pretty cut and dried to me. But what do I know.
I don’t. With family unification, one legal immigrant can bring a whole village here, including the elderly. You willing to give your golden years medical care for an immigrant? I’m not. The Tsarnaevs were legal immigrants. They come here and get right on food stamps and every other type of aid, and vote Democrat.
If this is true, the extreme leftist in Santa Cruz and elsewhere won’t be liking this one bit.
Even if Obummer/Boner/McConnell simple enact amnesty for the current 30,000,000 illegals, and then declare they can bring in family up to 4th cousins?
The question isn't legal vs illegal, it's one of scope. If whites become a minority, America will quickly become Venezuela. The voting patterns don't shift as folks move north.
Right, but we don't need more people at this time in America. In places like Santa Cruz they don't even have enough basic resources like water, to support and endless flow of consumers. Legal or illegal.
I'm against Muslim immigration. I'm for Afrikaner, Polish, etc etc to come to USA. Elon Musk was born in South Africa. Should we kick him out?
PING
Elon Musk is the poster boy for government-taxpayer subsidized business cronism
Seems unlikely that he’s illegal. If that is his family then they are established here. More like a gangbanger initiation or just some whack job kid.
California is a desert and is not meant to support that many people. Water is not a problem in the east coast.
CA has like 35 or 40 million now. What's the limit for CA? 100 million? 200 million people?
So the east coast has plenty of jobs, affordable homes, farms, medical care etc., for millions more imports?
I have no idea the east coast U.S. was doing so well.
I guess if the outlaw, Barry Soetoro had a son, he’d look just like this murdering...
There's some truth in that but he lowered the cost for each supply launch to ISS. And he's a man with grand visions and one of them is going to Mars. What's not to like?
Speaking of low income, how in tarnation can these folks of the suspected murderer afford to live or even rent in Santa Cruz?
No way we could live there. Way to expensive for that.
