The NFL is going to reject Tom Bradys appeal and uphold the four-game suspension he is facing for his alleged role in Deflategate, according to one report.
Stephen A. Smith said on ESPNs First Take Tuesday morning that a source told him Roger Goodell will not reduce or overturn Bradys suspension. Perhaps more shocking, Smith cited a separate source who told him Brady actually destroyed his own personal cell phone rather than just refusing to turn it over.

he played better with the legal balls....the whole thing is a farce.
Seems to be the new trend, destroy the cell phone.
When does the witchhunt on H-> begin?
It’s almost seems like an admission of guilt, in and of itself.
We’ll just suspend her for four election cycles.................
Wonder if his repalcement plays well and Tom returns rested and ready to make a run. Seems like this suspension might backfire.
I don’t blame him. His personal cell phone is none of their business.
I heard this might go to court.
Lawsuit to follow. This is becoming a death match.
Probably had nudie pics on it...
What good is destroying the phone? All the records are still on a server somewhere.
Certainly can’t blame Brady for having nudie pics of his wife in that phone.
How awful of Tom Brady!!!
I think the NFL is 0 for 347 in lawsuits.
Even Donald Trump beat them. Granted the jury award was only three bucks.
Would have been better off committing domestic violence.
Contacts are just on the phone, and I suspect that the ball-handler guys were on the listing. It would be an odd thing for the quarterback to have the home-phone of the ball handler.
A farce? Brady, destroying his cell phone, has given the NFL every reason to believe, beyond a reasonable doubt, that he is guilty. If he was innocent, he would have cooperated with investigators as much as he could. Yes. he is protected by the Fifth Amendment to not incriminate himself but to destroy his phone is very suspicious. The fair haired boy has screwed the pooch!
I believe that he is a cheat, legal balls or not.
I don't see "is very suspicious" holding up in court.
Maybe Brady crossed the line and maybe he didn't - the back-up (Garopollo) is Ready for Prime-Time, Pat's go 3 - 1 w/o Tom, and Brady takes it out on every DB in the NFL when he gets back.
NFL loses in court and Pats get their 1st-Round draft pick back in compensation.
"...Or How I learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb" - the Brady to Gronk bomb, that is....)
