Here is the best plan:
1) Turn off all of the magnets.
2) Secure the border.
3) End sanctuary cities
4) Enforce existing laws.
Do these things, we wouldn’t have much of an illegal immigration problem.

Quite frankly I think common sense would do the trick.
Kind of rambling, but i get the gist. But I think he is wrong about building the fence. It should be built FIRST to stem the flood of illegals, then begin the process of rounding them up and deporting them. Also, if we make the penalty for employing an illegal alien high enough, employers will stop hiring them and they will self deport.
There is no good plan for getting rid of 30 million illegals but Trump’s is as good as any I have heard.
My plan is to announce that all illegals will be rounded up and deported without judicial hearings. Then open a one way lane back across the border. Half of them will take off back home just at the threat of it. For the more recalcitrant just cut off the welfare and install E-verify. You should have to show a birth certificate to get any kind of welfare.
That was great and when Trump said he wanted the ‘good’ ones to come back legally, that’s what he meant...
What he didn’t say and won’t until he is a sure candidate from the party, is the rest of the story he has planned...
When someone this smart in business says something, it’s not what he says, it’s what he is NOT saying...they are all like that...they hold their cards tight to their chests...I have a lot of faith in this man, I hope a lot of other people do to...he’s going to be great as a President....

A young colleague of mine spent a semester of college in Denmark.
His student visa assigned him a unique ID number (similar to an SSN) that would be required of him to do ANYTHING in Denmark. To do any banking, rent an apartment, buy a bus pass, check out a library book, etc.
His visa came with a very stern warning that he must be out of the country by June 30, 20XX. And that the ID number he had been assigned would turn into a pumpkin on that date.
Some countries, it seems, take this seriously.

Never could understand why we chase millions of illegals around, people with nothing to lose, when we could go after the people who hire them. Then I remembered who the people who hire them are.
