An honest official in the Obama Administration. Perhaps as a trans-truthful person, she should be awarded the ESPY for bravery.
“”There are too many politicians in Washington that talk a good game but dont act. If you want to honor Josh [Wilkerson], if you want to honor Kate Steinle, start enforcing the law and stop releasing murderers, and rapists, and drunk drivers, he said. I dont want to hear from the Obama administration theyre sorry while they continue to do the exact same thing because what we know more people will be murdered, more people will be raped, more people will be killed by drunk drivers because this Administration refuses to enforce the law. That is wrong. No man is above the law, and that includes President Obama.””
Don’t look for any other politician to say this, as none have the balls!!
I love this about Cruz. But here’s the thing. It’s being reported on the Blaze. Nobody sees it. If Cruz would pull a Trump...make a statement that guarantees coverage...something seemingly outrageous...then he would have the opportunity to repeat this message countless times...
RACIST!
He just did this because we have a black president and wanted to smear him. Barry did not personally let a single one of those people go! Others did!
THATS IT! TED CRUZ JUST LOST MY VOTE!
AGAIN!!!
I would NOT want to be in the hot seat when Mr. Cruz is looking at me like that.
That’s a ‘don’t give me that BS’ look, and by all accounts it spells trouble.
I really believe he is the only candidate in the race who as president will seek real justice and punishment for the lawless in our government.
My personal suggestion for a president Cruz attorney general nomination would be Michigan AG Bill Schuette.
He grills her ans she goes back to ignoring the law.
He grills her and she goes back to ignoring the law.
Someone have a direct link to the video, Blaze jsut locks-up my computer with ads and auto-plays and such.
And of course she walked right out of those hearing, went back to her office and continued to do EXACTLY what she had been doing. You can only influence a person’s actions if you have the power to inflict some type of punishment on them. These hearings are great for harvesting campaign sound bites but nothing more.
It’s an impeachable offense is what it is, not just unacceptable .
This heinous act that this President and others continue to perpetrate must be prosecuted
Glad to see Cruz bring this up, people need to go to jail over this
But here is what she said about 2014 elsewhere STATEMENT OF SARAH R. SALDAÑA DIRECTOR U.S. IMMIGRATION AND CUSTOMS ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY REGARDING A HEARING ON OVERSIGHT OF U.S. IMMIGRATION AND CUSTOMS ENFORCEMENT BEFORE THE U.S. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES COMMITTEE ON THE JUDICIARY
In Fiscal Year (FY)2014, ICE conducted 315,943 removals and returns , 213,719 of which were apprehended while, or shortly after, illegally entering the United States and 102,224 of which were apprehended in the interior of the United States.Eighty-five percent of individuals removed or returned from the interior were previously convicted of a criminal offense, reflecting a significant percentage increase in the removal of individuals with convictions, from 67 percent in FY 2011 and 38 percent in FY 2008. This is no accident. The increasing number of convicted criminals removed from our country is the result of change in ICEs strategic focus, which revised policies help us achieve.
This is all very confusing for me because
These provide raw statistical data because the statistics are broken down between criminal removals and non-criminal removals. Example: Table 41. ALIENS REMOVED BY CRIMINAL STATUS AND REGION AND COUNTRY OF NATIONALITY: FISCAL YEARS 2003 TO 2012
Total | Criminal | Non- Criminal |
|
---|---|---|---|
2003 | 211,098 | 83,731 | 127,367 |
2004 | 240,665 | 92,380 | 148,285 |
2005 | 246,431 | 92,221 | 154,210 |
2006 | 280,974 | 98,490 | 182,484 |
2007 | 319,382 | 102,394 | 216,988 |
2008 | 359,795 | 105,266 | 254,529 |
2009 | 391,932 | 131,837 | 260,095 |
2010 | 383,031 | 169,656 | 213,375 |

What struck me about this is that this argument was a bit of a waste of time. Who really cares whether the number of illegal alien criminals released was 30,000 or 100,000. If the number was 1 that would be too many. If it’s 30,000, does that somehow make it better?
