So you ignore our laws when you sneak into our country and then sue us in a court of law when you feel wronged. Sorry you can't get your "Medicaid and other government services".

If the child is legally a US citizen, a questionable practice but current interpretation of the law, then it’s not up to a state to decide she can’t have a birth certificate.

There are Texas hospitals within walking distance of the border. The concrete sidewalks are worn into troughs. The hospitals are broke. Mexicans walk to them to have their children so they can have anchor babies. The US is the only country that allows anchor babies.

Read the 11th amendment. Non citizens have no standing to sue any US citizen or entity.

Of course if the government decides to ignore or violate the Constitution it is perfectly OK. Somebody will have to redefine the crime of treason, though.

Immigrants are people who apply to be Americans, wait their turn, pay their fees, learn the language and comply with the laws.

Immigrants have rights.

Illegal aliens have the right to be deported.

They demand Constitutional protection while disobeying our laws. OTOH, the 14th. Amendment was for escaped slaves from the South, not south of our border.

Time for States to enforce the clear meaning/English of the 14th Amendment (HINT: There's a DEPENDENCY clause between those commas):

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

But, what do I know, having had to educate myself... post-'govt-indoctrination graduation'
