Florida Sen. Marco Rubio says Donald Trump's comment that Sen. John McCain is not a war hero should disqualify him from the 2016 presidential race.
"It's not just absurd, it's offensive. It's ridiculous. And I do think it's a disqualifier as commander-in-chief," Rubio said in an interview Sunday with CNN's Jake Tapper on "State of the Union."
The Florida senator was the latest Republican White House contender to hit Trump after the real estate mogul said Saturday that McCain "is not a war hero" because he was captured and held prisoner in Vietnam.
"He is a war hero because he was captured," Trump said. "I like people that weren't captured, OK?"
He walked back those comments on Twitter later, saying that "captured or not, all our soldiers are heroes!" But opponents who'd been looking for openings to criticize Trump were already piling on.

I would then have to assume that Rubio would agree that FLAT-OUT LYING to get elected, as in Rubio’s Amnesty position would disqualify him from higher office.
I’ll keep my ears perked for his dropping-out announcement.

Rubio has had countless disqualifiers but he’s baaaaack again and again and again.
Here the GOPe is being handed the Presidency on a silver platter and Trump will be using a lot of his own money freeing up money for down ticket races. And how do they respond ? They would rather see Hillary win in a three way race. Absolutely disgraceful behavior that they top off by calling Trumps supporters crazy.
I think he’s still hoping his voice will change.
We have had a century of politicians who never succeeded in any non- government jobs,it is time for someone who can do something besides tax and spend.
Rubio’s treasonous pro-Amnesty position is a disqualifier. Rewarding criminal behavior is never acceptable policy. Trump bashing McCain is merely politics as usual - rude but harmless.

Although I like that Carly can take on Hillary due to both being females - I don’t trust her. She won’t even go on Mark Levin’s show. That tells me something about her right there - she is a RINO pretending to be a conservative.
