Pali Gap suggests to me that Jimi was not an African but an islander.
The native Africans I know are white.
All Cats are grey.
But hey, I’m a racist.
At least I have been colored that way LOL
Good concert. Two vocal pieces by Benjamin Britten sung by a Vietnamese tenor who is a rising star. The Brahms trio for piano, violin and French horn, which is a glorious piece. And finally a string septet by Richard Strauss where he says goodbye to the great German musical tradition that Hitler and his minions almost destroyed.
Benjamin Brittain as as well as Vaughn Williams are underrated
My omnipotent, live-in, doctor/nurse wife says that one should tilt the head back, tilt it to the side away from the eye in question, close the eye, drip a drop or more into the corner of the eye nearest the nose then open the eye and tilt it back to level horizontally while keeping the head tilted back, open the eye and voila! The drop gently flows into the eye.
I have tried this and it actually works! ;-)
It actually boggles my mind as to how much my wife knows! ;-)

I reckon Im as well as Ill ever be myFRiend. Surgery on the 27th coming like a freight train and Im trying to tie up loose ends and finish those unfinished projects. Im being lazy regarding the Canteen this weekend, since all these songs are already uploaded for our rehearsals in September, but theres more than a few rarities here Ive never posted before. Stay tuned for lots of alternate versions from the Jimi vault.
Jimi’s Grandmother was Cherokee, so he was at least a quarter native American.
You do what you need to do Jimmy.
My time is sparse too and when I get it everyone else is off work LOL
Buffalo Boy?
Sadly I was born to last to see Jimi’s across the sky.
I did see this guy numerous times

Voodoo Chile? Is that like Hoodoo Tacos?
I do not know if it is my problem: posts # 192 and # 193 bad links, maybe?
Here is the error message for both posts #192 and #193:
