During a Wednesday press conference to promote the Iranian nuclear deal he had announced a day earlier, President Barack Obama fielded a question from CBS White House correspondent Major Garrett regarding the four Americans held captive in Iran and why he didn’t seek their release during these negotiations.
Exchange as follows:
GARRETT: Thank you, Mr. President. As you well know, there are four Americans in Iran — three held on trumped-up charges and according to your administration and one whereabouts unknown. Can you tell the country, sir, why you are content with all the fanfare around this deal to leave the conscious of this nation, the strength of this nation unaccounted for in relation to these four Americans? And last week the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff said under no circumstances should there be any relief for Iran in terms of ballistic missiles or conventional weapons. It is perceived that that was a last-minute capitulation in these negotiations. Many in the Pentagon feel you’ve left the Joint Chiefs of Staff hung out to dry. Would you comment?

He is political regarding outcomes that he thinks makes him look good versus what might be better for the country.
The facts are that Obama could go around practically beheading people and the Democrats and Press will look at him and with praise say, “Isn't that cute”?

The divider in chief hates when people question him, or even have the audacity to say you were wrong.

Obama’s response doesn’t even make sense. “Suddenly Iran realizes maybe we can get additional concessions out of the Americans by holding these individuals.” Weak doesn’t even begin to cover this.

The race he is an embarrassment to is the human race.
An amazing answer. He demonstrates that the Us and the allied nations have been negotiating from weakness. He is more concerned with motivating Iran by acts of submission than putting them to the test.
He’s a first class puke.

One of the biggest tragedies of his presidency is that IMO it will be many decades before America elects another black man as President again.
Which is sad. Many are far, far more capable.
True, he is a weak self serving individual with past Muslim ties that seems to be benefiting enemies at all sides.
He has removed our borders and opened the treasury for plunder starting with unions and of course raining money on illegals in benefit as well.
