Gun Used in San Francisco Shooting Stolen From Federal Agent
The New American ^ | July 9, 2015 | Warren Mass

Posted on 07/14/2015 11:25:07 AM PDT by detective

The gun used by illegal alien Juan Francisco Lopez Sanchez in what he claims was an accidental fatal shooting of a woman on San Francisco’s Pier 14 on July 1 has been determined to have been stolen from an unidentified Bureau of Land Management agent. Sources told the San Francisco Chronicle that the .40-caliber pistol was the agent’s personal firearm and had been stolen from his automobile not long before the shooting.

Sanchez claimed that he found the gun wrapped in a T-shirt while sitting on a bench at the pier. “So I picked it up and ... it started to fire on its own,” he told KGO-TV. “Then suddenly I heard that boom boom, three times.” Sanchez kicked the gun off the pier into San Francisco Bay and claimed he only realized he had shot someone when he was arrested by police hours later.

Sanchez’s story about just finding the gun is obviously not true

I do not see how that is obvious at all.

“Ergo, it was a hit.” Please elaborate especially with the intend end result of “A Hit”

You mean besides the obvious one of the death of the target?

Then you're getting into motive. I'm just interpreting the immediate facts.

I think, though, that the hit man would know nothing of the motive. SF as a sanctuary city means lots of available criminals who get free very easily when caught. He was just told to go to the bench and get the t-shirt wrapped gun (or that's a lie and he just carried it there all wrapped up himself), shoot her, dump it in the bay, and walk away. The stupider his story, the dumber he acts, the less they can trip him up with a complicated story and the more it plays into the media's "poor Mexican" crap.

As for the actual motive, who knows. Obviously, the fact that the murder hit the national news might not be accidental. Yes, fit all the Pollyannas out there, people have indeed been killed in the past to use as political issues. Or the woman got herself involved in something bad, with bad people, and they got rid of her for whatever reason - she threatened them, tried to get out, talked, whatever. Or both reasons, or more. Who knows.

But a squeaky-clean angelic woman fresh from heaven itself accidentally shot by a moron criminal illegal Mexican out on a lonely pier when a found-gun accidentally fired itself three times only at her? No.Way.

I’m guessing that the BLM agent is an affirmative action hire with a funny name.

Actually,

“But a squeaky-clean angelic woman fresh from heaven itself shot by a moron criminal illegal Mexican Yes. Way.”

Evidence she was anything other than what we see is non-existant.

Evidence the moron criminal illegal alien that is capable of a complex scenario (even as a patsy) is non-existant.

AS another poster above mentioned, in the rural West there are millions of acres of BLM land, and the BLM has their own law enforcement branch who patrol the lands in 4WD vehicles.

Agreed - what’s the name? Is it a matter of national security? We the sheeple pay the bills, and ought to be able to find out who this agent is. And I’m sure the media will dig it up as feverishly as they dug up the Ferguson officer’s name.

Why do they need a firearm at the BLM? How else would they take Bundy’s cattle.

A lying, illegal alien, multiply deported felon. The more likely story is he stole it from the car and picked an amusing target. Guns don't fire themselves. It was in his hand and his finger was on the trigger all three times.

It seems pretty obvious to me. He has tremendous motivation to lie.

Guns are almost never found on a park bench wrapped in a T-Shirt.

He is a long time criminal, and knows enough to go with a stupid story.

He then stretches the tale by claiming that the gun “just went off” three times.

It is way more credible that he is lying than he is telling the truth.

It seems obvious to me.

If it was wrapped up in a t-shirt, it can't go off more than once, because the first round is going to stovepipe.

He’s just killing the innocent women American citizens won’t. This was clearly an act of love by our angelic brother who used the border as a revolving door. He loved acts of love so much that he loved six times. Maybe he will get a chance to love again.

We all saw the BLM clowns at the Bundy ranch. So well trained and confident with there weapons they all ran away. Just because you have paints you are not a artist.

There are but for just you and me. Call the ATF and tell them you lost a hand gun and you can’t find it. Good luck!

I wonder if the gal who was killed resembled the sheriff’s wife or girlfriend.

LOL, where's the evidence that it was a robbery? Where's the evidence that a modern firearm can "go off" three times "by itself"? Where's the evidence that this Mexican could stand on a narrow pier and shoot someone dead and still have time to throw the gun into the water and "never know that he even shot someone," even though she died in front of him in her father's arms as he no doubt yelled for help?

The evidence is overwhelming, and so is the logic, that this was a deliberate hit.

There was some speculation on another thread about that.

The sheriff personally took responsibility for getting the killer back to San Francisco. They claimed they were going to prosecute the perp, they sent private transportation and never prosecuted him and let him go. It didn’t make sense.
