LIVE coverage of the #StandWithTrumpAZ event! GOP Presidential hopeful Donald Trump will give a speech on illegal immigration among other topics at The Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Due to high ticket demand, Trump was forced to move the event from The Biltmore Resort. We will have live coverage inside and outside of the venue.
Perspective is important, Norm. Supporting those who support you is important, too. While it wouldn’t surprise me to have folks going over the top and swooning, there is something to be said for positive feedback. He’s saying the right things and that should be applauded. When he starts saying the wrong things, those should, and no doubt will, be castigated.
In the mean time it’s a great show. Please pass the chips and beer.
I don’t know. I think they will come up with some kind of “we are really butt hurt!” Statement. Which is why, in my opinion, Trump’s team has to start beating up ISIS or Iran deal. Never let the press consolidate a misleading and false meme on the latest talking point. It worked for obama (spit) and the progressives(spit). I’m hoping we’ll see a new truth from Trump this week.
Here’s the thing. If he is rich enough to be autonomous, then why pay bribes?
“its a great show”
Thus my issue.
? We, the present and future taxpayers of this nation, have always been providing health care for most everyone, at least for the past 50 or 60 years. It's been provided through Medicaid and other programs, charity hospitals, and many unpaid medical bills. If you're too stupid to know that, then that's your problem. So, it is, or was, a question of what system would work best as a mix of private insurance and various government and charity programs. But most everyone has and will be provided medical care, as it should be.
But that's a throwback to pre-Obamacare. That monstrosity would have to be repealed before a more sensible system could be developed.
And you're mixing remarks in your comment that I did not make. You basically make no sense at all.
I am sorry. I can’t imagine the pain.
Mice some up.
Good thing McCain didn’t show up, he’d need his magnum Depends® and no way to hide the bulk under his Armanis ;)
“Cruz and Trump I could get behind. Either way.”
God willing and the creek don’t rise, ditto.
If he actually becomes president, I’ll risk a sawbuck he NEVER uses a teleprompter. He wouldn’t like even a machine telling him what to say ;)
On Mr. Shaw: I so agree. He communicates and connects so well.
Trump was awesome. Conversational style is like person to person. He is annihilating the field. The issue now is our new vice president. Cruz Cruz Cruz— Hispanic!!! Rove is has gone to tranquilizers THIS IS SO GR8!!!!!
Trump/Cruz for President and Vice President
Please dear Lord make it so!
Yes, I agree with your thoughts.
People are hungry.
Honestly, I don’t see him as being any more dangerous than another Bush, and he actually pushes some fairly reasoned improvements, that almost nobody talks about.
Said he wants to beef up our military right away. Said that’s how prevent having to use your military.
He actually gets it. And not on just one or two issues either.
“I remain in Cruz’ court...”
Me too. Cruz is as solid as a rock. But Trump is like the lightning and fire on the mountain.
These guys need to get together.
What we are witnessing is the rise of sovereeignty and the return of American exceptionalism. Obama is a failure. Hellay is NOTHING!! With Trump , we don’t GET FUND RAISING CALLS !!!!!!!!!!! YESSSSSSSSSS
Americans ‘must’ be careful for ‘We’ Americans know they ‘cair’ don’t ‘We’?
I like the way you think..!
As I don’t like the term “liberal” because it is a misnomer and misleading, I don’t like the word “conservative” because it implies wanting to “conserve” the status quo.
There’s a few things I have against the standard “conservative” line of thinking as I understand it.
1) Preserving the status quo. I hate the status quo. I want to blow it up and move on.
2) Love of laws. There are too many laws, way too many. The more laws, the more government coercion, the less freedom. Most federal laws are unconstitutional which by definition are invalid laws and tyranny.
3) Not enough focus on cutting big federal government and getting it back into its constitutional cage. By my reckoning, about $3 trillion of the $4 trillion federal government is unconstitutional. That’s $3 trillion funding federal tyranny. BIGGEST political problem we have in America IMO.
“Unless he screws up massively, which I highly doubt, this guy is going to be next President, absolutely.”
I would wager every penny I’m worth that Donald Trump will not be the next President. Heck, I would wager more than that - I would borrow money just to bet against Trump being the next President.
