Unprovoked, former Republican Secretary of State Colin Powell Wednesday night slammed GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump's focus on barring illegal immigrants.
At a Library of Congress lecture conference to promote bipartisanship, he said, "I would like to go to every Trump hotel and ask all the employees not to show up tomorrow. They'd be nobody there, they're immigrants."

Are they illegals or hispanic or does Powell know what either term means? I worked with him 40 years ago. He was a tool then, at least that is a constant.
The Republican pooh-bahs are getting every one to mischaracterize what Trump has said. Trump was clearly talking about illegal aliens and the RINOs have been consistently skewing it to immigrants.
Immigrants don’t need amnesty, they comply with the laws.
“Unprovoked”? I think not; he was “provoked” by his puppet masters to denounce Trump. The Donald has the left pulling out their hair and running off in all directions with blood spurting from their eyes.
Then maybe his Hotels would have job openings for blacks.

Two observations, one, it is so easy for a six figure a speech kind of guy to tell some hotel worker to place himself on the unemployment line, so the rich guy can feel better about himself. Second, Colin Powell, in my opinion, is the very definition of a Racist. Here is a guy who stated he was a Republican and believed broadly in what the party stood for. However he votes twice for someone to be President who stands way over on the Left, in complete opposition to the entire platform of the party he says he belongs. This leaves only one reason he voted twice for Obama, race and race alone. He supported Obama not for his views on any particular issues, but for the color of his skin matched his own. This is the very definition of a Racist.
A natural voting bloc against illegals is obviously, the African American community, I’m in a forum and though this lady seems to largely toe the Dem party line, she like so many blacks is against amnesty and so on.
W, the gift that just keeps giving. If W hadn’t appointed the fence straddle SOS after he refused to take sides in the recount nobody would know who he is today.
Powell is a democrat, Obama supporter who voted twice for Obama. It’s a lot like Hillary Clinton telling Trump workers what to do.
It’s political. Pure political, and Powell is a bought and paid for arm of the Chamber of Commerce.
