Did Huckabee miss a civics class or something while he was chowing down squirrel and raccoon?
Only Congress can appropriate funds.

Good for Huck. But just an idea.
Huckabee, the former Arkansas governor running for president, said he would use my pen and my phone to follow the Constitution and sign executive orders.
Don't parrot the Kenyan's words when making a point.

If the issue is so important to the Huckster, why wait?
Why is he not calling on his GOPe friends, congress and the President
to enact such a policy?

I remember Huckabee making that impassioned plea for the children of invaders (I’m an immigrant, I am NOT going to call them illegal immigrants) to be afforded in-state tuition. After he was done, Romney turned to Huckabee and said, “Mike, it’s NOT your money.” Good times!

Question is ; Why are we abiding by this ruling when states and cities are ignoring immigration and drug laws?
Speaking of which. Where is Rand Paul on this issue?
