Texas Senator and Republican presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) declared I am proud to defend Donald Trump and promoted his legislation to increase the number of H-1B visas if there are people who are educated and talented and creating jobs on Tuesdays Laura Ingraham Show. [...]
The discussion turned to legal immigration, Cruz said, we should improve and streamline legal immigration. He also discussed H-1B visas arguing that in the status quo, every year US colleges and universities educate tens of thousands of foreign students who are getting masters and PhDs in engineering and math and computer science, and were sending them back to their countries. And as a result, theyre going back to their countries, theyre starting businesses there. Theyre creating jobs there, and their companies are competing with us and taking jobs away from us. I dont think that makes any sense. So, Ive introduced legislation to increase the number of H-1B visas, if there are people who are educated and talented and creating jobs, the data shows for every H-1B visa holder that comes in, he or she creates 1.7 jobs for Americans here. I want job creations, I want innovators, I want new opportunities for America. Cruz was asked about Disneys use of H-1B visas to replace US workers who were forced to train their replacements, he stated that he didnt know the facts of the Disney case, so he couldnt comment.

Are you really stupid enough that you believable strawman comments are effective?
You constantly deliberately misstate everyone’s position, but expect to be respected?
You are mentally a small child.
You don’t belong here; this is a forum for adults.
No, I’m not ok with it and I’ve been personally affected by the problem so don’t assume anything about what I am ok with.
I believe that if Cruz became president or even before that as a senator, this issue would change for him as it has changed for other conservatives who have supported the H1B program. He is not the only one in the Senate voting on this and it would be difficult to pass. As president, I don’t believe that he would in the end push for it either.
That issue aside, it is not a deal killer in support of Cruz. At the moment he is at the top of the list overall, not a RINO or GOPe and until proven otherwise is still at the top of my list. A single issue is not necessarily a deal breaker.
If it is a deal breaker for you then so be it. It’s sad that you’ll never find that ‘perfect’ conservative candidate to support over the RINOs and democrats. Hopefully there are enough of us left this time to get behind a true conservative who may not be perfect before the Republic goes completely down the tubes.

Which is why Trump has been brought into the fray.
Cruz is at them top of most people’s list, and Trump has been enlisted to correct that ‘problem.’

Rather than call me names, I’d challenge you to ask Jim Robinson if he agrees with Trump’s position on illegal immigration.
Hey turkey, nobody knows his position.
He says whatever it takes to cause a disturbance in the static situation of the voters mostly wanting Cruz, and Mystery Babylon wanting their brother Jeb.
Trump is just doing what he was hired to do.
You just don’t get it!
Well Jim Robinson and I sure do. Sorry that you are unable to grasp the truth...
I've seen far too many games played with Senators voting for one bill or rule that makes something disasterous possible then claim they didn't vote for the more disasterous item.
Every hear of someone who just drove the getaway car for hired killers being charged as an accessory to the murders the paid killers committed?
Well, IMHO, if you make it possible to pass some democrat fascist agenda item you're just a guilty as the democrat fascist thugs and RINOs who actually go along with destruction of our nation and pretending your hands are clean because you just drove the fascist thugs to the scene of the crime is nothing but political double talk.
Double talk of the sort used by people who believe their supporters are stupid.
KEEP ME ON THE H1B VISA PING LIST
KEEP ME ON IT
