CHICAGO -- When the Fair Housing Act was passed in 1968, it barred the outright racial discrimination that was then routine. It also required the government to go one step further to actively dismantle segregation and foster integration in its place a mandate that for decades has been largely forgotten, neglected and unenforced.
Now, on Wednesday, the Obama administration will announce long-awaited rules designed to repair the laws unfulfilled promise and promote the kind of racially integrated neighborhoods that have long eluded deeply segregated cities like Chicago and Baltimore. The new rules, a top demand of civil-rights groups, will require cities and towns all over the country to scrutinize their housing patterns for racial bias and to publicly report, every three to five years, the results. Communities will also have to set goals, which will be tracked over time, for how they will further reduce segregation.

I view what you say as opinions only. That is all.
Sad truth.
Historical fact is not an opinion.
It is. So since you admit doing it, why ARE you denying history?
That is why you have to be educated on a person’s position when it comes to voting.
And?
Because I have the right reject what you say. They are nothing but opinions.
This debate is OVER, DONE, I will not post to you AGAIN.
The Obama Administration Launches A War On The Suburbs
Betsy McCaughey June 19, 2015
An African-American millionaire can buy a home in any expensive suburb. Color is no longer a barrier. Despite this progress, President Obamas Department of Housing and Urban Development is accusing expensive towns of racism, simply because most minorities cant afford to live there.
Westchester County, N.Y., has struggled since 2009 under a plan by a federal monitor to compel the county to comply with HUDs demands for multiunit affordable housing in expensive areas. Hillary Clinton claims to be a warrior against inequality.
But her adopted hometown of Chappaqua, an upscale Westchester village that one resident describes as a little piece of heaven, is battling HUDs demands. The legal war in Hillarys backyard is a preview.
The Obama administration is pulling out all the stops to launch a legal and regulatory assault on suburbs nationwide. HUDs soon-to-be-released regulation, in the works since 2013, will compel affluent suburbs to build more high-density, low-income housing, plus, of course, sewers, water lines, bus routes and other changes needed to support it.
All in the name of housing fairness.

Notice how they want to move minorities into other areas where there is good shopping, good schools, etc.
Why not improve the schools in the areas where the minorities live now?
Why not improve the shopping in the areas where the minorities live now?
These new policies are admissions that even the politicians know the existing minority areas are basically hopeless disasters. They think moving the ‘problems’ to suburb areas will dilute the ‘problems’.
Good. Talking nonsense and denying the history of civilization wasn’t winning the debate for you anyway.
We HAVE choices. One can choose to be ruled by liberals or not. It’s that simple.
It is not a “plan”....the HUD rules were finalized in March 2015! This is the rollout!
Because we’ve already spent billions trying that approach and failed. You want to keep doing that?
Fair Housing Act, CRA, Bussing....all failures.
We can end segregation right now ! End all black colleges and and all black dorms, and all black organizations on college campuses. This will help blacks move away from being isolated amongst themselves and give them the chance to interact with other ethnic groups. Oh wait segregation is when more than 3 white people get together without a minority present to monitor them for any racism that comes naturally to them. Never mind!
Here’s the goal:
Every census tract (not just every state, every county or every city) must have exactly equal percentages of black, hispanic and white residents.
Moreover, for this utopian “integration” to become a reality, any and all predominately black and hispanic communities will need to be evacuated (forcibly if necessary), and their residents will need to be resettled all across the country in formerly all-white census tracts.
(In some case, families will need to be broken up. But we can’t let such pseudo-humanitarian matters concern us. No exceptions. A Brave New World awaits us!)
THE YEAR WAS 2081, and everybody was finally equal. They weren't only equal before God and the law. They were equal every which way. Nobody was smarter than anybody else. Nobody was better looking than anybody else. Nobody was stronger or quicker than anybody else. All this equality was due to the 211th, 212th, and 213 th Amendments to the Constitution, and to the unceasing vigilance of agents of the United States Handicapper General.
They seem to overlook the fact people might move.
Contractors who profit the most from going into neighborhoods and communities and destroying them tend to be cheap-labor Republicans. Now, they'll be able to go into any community and over-ride zoning laws and decisions if those laws are unintentionally discriminatory.
Think about it....nothing to stop that local golf course from becoming a low income housing development or that for-sale million dollar mansion from being a rooming house.
It all goes to demonstrate that there is no such thing as "the lesser of two evils".
There is one goal behind this - to alter the balance of swing voting districts by salting them with Democratic-voting minorities, to tip elections in favor of Democrats. This is one more plank in Obama’s plan to create a one-party state.
