Real-estate magnate Donald Trump is out with a fiery new statement mocking the media for its coverage of his presidential campaign.
Trump's Tuesday statement focused on ESPN, which canceled an upcoming tournament at a Trump golf course, and NASCAR, which is moving an upcoming banquet from a Trump resort.
Both moves, the Republican businessman said, are not a big deal at all.
"The disassociation of ESPN and NASCAR with the Trump Organization was covered by the press in headlines all over the world as though it was a major setback for me. Really? What were the losses?" Trump asked.
He added that he would now be able to rent out space to new groups of people, boosting his profit margins, and that both ESPN and NASCAR would be losing their deposits.
Trump also extensively praised the properties the events were scheduled to take place at.
"One NASCAR banquet in a magnificent ballroom at Trump National Doral in Miami for which I will keep their very substantial deposit and rent the ballroom to someone else that night — in other words, two fees instead of one (NASCAR has already apologized to me)!" Trump exclaimed. "In the case of ESPN ... they lost a large deposit. I will now let people use the course on that day, receiving substantial additional greens fee income. Again, I get two fees instead of one."

The actions by NASCAR, ESPN, and Macy’s stay more about them than about Trump.
This is getting beyond ridiculous. All of these entities punishing Trump are siding with illegal aliens over Americans! Have we reached the point where it is more profitable and desirable to side with illegals over Americans? They keep telling us there are “only” 11 million illegals here, and of course they’re not supposed to vote. Yet look at all the organizations brazenly siding with them, not us. Evidently they couldn’t care less what we think about it.
This is not our country anymore.
So far the PGA is sticking with him, lets hope that continues but - I am afraid once it becomes more known - they will fold also.
We should have had Trump replace Johnnie Carson.
The Progressives are trying to financially destroy Donald Trump, and it isn’t working.
Trump wants to debate the immigration issues that neither Democrats or Republicans will address. THAT is what the Progressives want to avoid and why they’re going all out to hurt him.
What’s their goal anyway. Will this boycott bring them more business? The answer to that is a rounding no. American citizens will be the ones to stop shopping Macy’s over this, not Mexicans.
And NASCAR, they wouldn’t care if Trump actually put up a fence, would probably cheer it. That leaves ESPN which, let’s face it, nothing comes between a guy and his football.
So, again, who is this for?

Precisely, and well said. The Democrats, their media, unions, big business and their GOP allies are giving The Donald a full court press.
I don’t even like the Don but does anyone seeing Hillary getting this kind of coverage?

He could buy one of the Major networks and FIRE THEM ALL.
Why do Americans, of which Trump is one, no longer have the right of free speech?
Why is it that we cannot address problems that we perceive without have our character and livelihood assailed?
We cannot disagree with or refuse to participate in gay marriages without being labeled haters and being cast into poverty by federal courts, we cannot address at all an absolute invasion of illegal aliens being orchestrated by our own government without being labeled haters. We cannot fly the flags of our history without being labeled haters.
This is not America. Oppression is not what we are built upon. Those who disagree with what Trump has said should debate his points and win if they can, if not, then he wins.
This whole we are right, and we are not even going to discuss it, and if you discuss it we will destroy you needs to DIE (that is a metaphor).

Illegals and leftist hippies won’t be shopping at Macy’s, buying Serta products or attending NASCAR events. These PC corporate clowns are about to lose millions in sales.
My wife has cut up her Macy’s credit card and sent it back to them.
She refuses to sell her soul for 20% off.

Who the hell is running NASCAR these days? First the rebel flag, now they’re on the side of illegal aliens? The good ol’ boy moonshine runners who started it must be spinning in their graves.
Don’t forget NBC and all of their affiliate networks. How a network which is supposed to be unbiased can cancel the pageant is beyond comprehension.
