If you would like more information about what's happening in Oregon, please FReepmail me.

I lost my Oregon list when my computer crashed last year, so please send me your name by FReepmail if you want to be on this list.

If they haven’t moved all valuable assets out of state by now then they are fools. Like it or not their business in that state is over, and they will never again find peace or prosperity there. The best they can do is deny their money to their oppressors.

If they own the building, they should have it demolished before they leave, along with any fixed assets. The same with their home.

I bet Brad is gay?

Now that you mention it, I knew he looked familiar.

[I understand the Secretary of the Treasury intends to replace the likeness on this bill eventually ... with a man.]

Nazis are not a "protected" class, but they are equal under the constitution. The argument of homosexuals that they have more rights than Nazis is of course false.

However, in the modern atmosphere of unconstitutional extra rights granted to privileged groups, the spirit of the constitution carries little weight. But that does not obviate the the constitution. It just means people in power have little regard for it.

Oregon law says that businesses cannot discriminate based on race, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, or religion. It does not say that they can't discriminate based on political beliefs. Sweet Cakes could refuse to serve Democrats and there isn't anything the state could do to them. So as long as they say "I refuse to serve you because we don't cater to Nazis" then there isn't anything the Stormtrooper could do.

Brad Avakian is a shockingly evil petty tyrant, but he at least claims to be married to a woman - Deborah Lynn Avakian. I hope he finds his life empty and lonely as all decent people shun him forever. His crimes against these innocent Christians are unforgivable - vindictive, relentless, and continued over an exceptionally long time during which any decent person would have recognized the enormity of the persecution.

I think the Oregon law is unconstitutional. Discriminating against a legitimate American group/individuals because you don't like their politics (Nazis, Black Muslims, etal) certainly sounds unconstitutional to me. The homosexual marriage movement is also very political.

But then again the bakers were sued because they wouldn't make a certain kind of cake. That means business people could not deny a design to any group that is not an overtly political group (nudists, hedonists, polyamorists, etal.) If sexual hedonists asked for a cake decorated with people in various sexual positions, I could not deny them that.

And if a person wasn't a Nazi but just wanted a cake decorated with Aryan symbols not specifically Nazi, the Jewish baker would have to bake it.

Garnishments, asset seizure, they have a house? All the state would do is seize assets if they don’t pay. It’s FKING OREGON. LibERAL STRONGHOLD.

They need to get all their money and leave.

Damages of $135,000.00??? - exactly how did a baker refusing to make them a cake result in damages of $135,000.00 for this “couple” - this is psychosis.....
