Donald Trump is quickly becoming the GOP establishment's worst nightmare
Business Insider ^ | 07/02/2015 | Maxwell Tani

Real-estate mogul Donald Trump is not the most cautious speaker in the Republican presidential primary field.

He's in a public feud with the nation's largest Spanish-language television network, one of its premier broadcast networks, and a major retailer over comments suggesting Mexican immigrants are "rapists" and drug runners.

And despite all that, Trump is rising in recent polls, placing second both in national surveys and in polls of key early-voting states.

This means one thing: In a little more than a month, the outspoken Trump will almost certainly be one of the candidates who polls high enough to earn a spot onstage at the first Republican primary debate. He is now in seventh place, according to the Real Clear Politics average of five recent national polls — the top 10 make it into the debate.

It's a potential disaster in the making for Republicans who desire a more prim and proper run-up to selecting their nominee.

He’s working for the rats? By stating what GOP voters want to hear? Interesting. Again, Rubio is running ads about IRAN here in OH. Yeah, that’s getting people worked up.

Trump is a bad joke

So when the regular GOPers are attack and they give in and do not fight back- that is a good joke?

My point is that Trump is rising the polls because people are tired of chicken little politicians.

It's a potential disaster for the GOPe who is working to insure Hillay's presidency.

He speaks the truth, but you know how that offends the Dummy-crats and all the establishment Rinos. Isn’t this pathetic. It’s all truth, but he’s not allowed to get away with saying it. Where did I read that 121 murders were committed our Illegal alien bros? And that fact can’t be mentioned?

Good point, Raycpa.

There's a great upside to Trump's participation in the debate. If he IS in the debate, he will pull in a larger-than-normal nation-wide audience.....meaning the other GOP candidates will have a larger viewing audience, also.

It will then be up to the other hopefuls to take advantage of this bonanza....and to shine!

Relax. The election (if we have one) will not take place for another one and a half years. American attention span is very short. By the time November 2016 comes around, Trump will long ago be out of the picture and people will be choosing between the communist Bernie Sanders or the conservative Ted Cruz. If America selects the communist, nothing will matter after that anyway.

And what you failed to realize is there would not have been a Perot
if the Bush and the GOP had not ignored millions of conservatives.

In addition, Bush’s “read my lips, no new taxes” statement,
then signed new taxes into law, was very unhelpful.

In other words, Trumps strength comes from the other clowns weakness.

What part of that do you not understand?

I didn’t think H. Ross Perot was all that bad - I VOTED for him in 1992, because I thought he had an outside chance to TAKE the Electoral College.

But every vote he got, was at the expense of George H.W.Bush. I was sure he would take at least as many from Clinton, but it didn’t happen.

Any poll that doesn’t even list Cruz certainly is suspect. This garbage is just another attempt to make people believe Bush is inevitable. I’m in Florida and don’t know a single person who favors Bush even among those who voted for him as Governor.
Just more left wing political “strategy” to push right wingers into a preordained position. I ignore polls and think they are useless.

Donald Trump, the Ultimate Crony Capitalist

Donald Trump: We Need A Health Care System Like What Canada Has

“We must have universal healthcare,” wrote Trump. “I’m a conservative on most issues but a liberal on this one. We should not hear so many stories of families ruined by healthcare expenses.”

The goal of health care reform, wrote Trump, should be a system that looks a lot like Canada. “Doctors might be paid less than they are now, as is the case in Canada, but they would be able to treat more patients because of the reduction in their paperwork,”

“This is not a bad thing. If Trump is in debates perhaps someone other than regular GOP voters will watch and learn something.”

Exactly. This is very good, as he is loudly challenging the liberal/democratic orthodoxy on a number of issues, especially illegal immigration. I hope he does make the debate, as he seems to detest Bush and will do his best to take him down.

I like that he doesn’t couch his words so as to not ruffle the media & Marxists. It’s time we had a candidate with this kind of political courage.

The GOP is quite capable of losing elections with or without Trump.

Can you say Bob Dole, John McCain and Mitt Romney?

It tells both the GOPe and Democrats something! A majority of Americans want to put an end to illegal immigration and close the borders! But that is not in the GLOBALISTS plan is it?

I can say it 3 times fast but it won't mean a thing since none of them are running or have anything to do with Donald Trump's liberalism.

Yes, I hope a lot of people have learned the lesson that the dems play to win. They are totally democrat loyal and will NEVER vote for an independent candidate.

Here’s the thing...if you threw up a hundred topics that concern most average or general conservatives and even conservative democrats...you’d find fifty topics that you readily agree upon. Trump is right about our trade situation, jobs, the economy and just about anything related to those three topics. None of the other candidates come near his talk on the three.

It might be a shocker that Trump shows up in Iowa for a couple of days and suddenly has twenty-five percent of the primary vote lined up. It would force Walker and Cruz to finally draft up strong statements over the economy and where’d they take it.

I’m still waiting on Trump to talk taxes.
