Jeb Bushs son, George P. Bush, has joined his dad in an arduous effort: Trying to get the Latino vote.
Fox News Latino reports that Bush, the Texas land commissioner, spoke at a Mexican restaurant in Nevada on Wednesday, where he told a crowd of around 40 people why the Latino vote is of grave importance.
The Hispanic agenda is the American agenda, its an aspirational community that I happen to be a part of, Bush, whose mother is a Mexican immigrant, said. We want better schools, a brighter economic tomorrow, a strong national defense, its a patriotic community.

Um... NO!!
If he turned into Hispanic Jesus there is ZERO chance he would get the Hispanic vote. There is also ZERO chance he gets the Tea Party vote. Let’s hope 0 + 0 + No Jeb
I intend no disrespect--nor did Jefferson. But the cultural differences are sufficiently significant that Jefferson--a strict constructionist--cut corners to purchase Louisiana, precisely to obtain a buffer between the Hispanic world and the original American settlements. (See An American Immigration Policy.)
While many, both Hispanic & Anglo, in the present, do indeed share the aspirations that the younger Bushes refer to; those aspirations are not the only issues involved in determining future courses.
Therefore, respectfully, we will not consider voting for Jeb or his son. Their priorities are not our priorities, nor those set forth in our written Constitution.
Tell this racist to shut up and go home.

He should grow a mustache so he would look like Zorro.
And white Americans be damned!
Bull cookies. The American agenda is the hard-working tax-paying citizen agenda ... and i don't care what the skin color or familie's ancient history is. I'm so tired of the divisive nature coming from most politicians these days.
Indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
When US forces defeated Mexican forces in the 1840s, people living in the southwest were offered a choice: you may choose Mexican citizenship, or you may choose U.S. citizenship.
An astonishing number of people, +80%, chose United States citizenship.
Another little bastard that should be in jail.
That settles it. Jeb has my vote. Not...

Im a Texan. I didnt vote for this guy.”
Nor did anyone in our family. But we know many politicians in Texas who did vote for him. Wish Abbott could figure out some way to shut GPB down.
Bush is last on my list of Republicans in terms of acceptability. Even Lindsay Graham is a better choice.
As I said in a previous post, I don’t know which of those 2 I would prefer, it would come down to which could better win. I loathe both of them.
pathetic
