Take a look around at the American public, and tell me that this issue is going to get addressed in any meaningful way....How ? There’s no longer any real understanding of the constitution; especially in people under 35.
Congress could fix this by simply passing a law stating that no issue on the constitutionality of any state or federal law may be heard by any court other than the Supreme Court and that the Supreme Court cannot overturn any state or federal statute on constitutional grounds unless 7 of the 9 justices concur.
Congress has the power to reign in the courts. They just won’t use it. Most likely because they really don’t want to have to deal with these issues themselves. The Supreme Court gives these weasels cover.
I don’t know... everyone I know is happy beyond words that the gay marriage has been upheld on a National level. One of my coworkers suggested that June 26th be a national holiday! I kid you not! I am frightened for my country...
Two thirds of Americans are utterly insane. The have lost their way into games and playtime like little children and have no idea that they soon will be slaves to a communists empire. When the shi! hits the fan they will go numb and violent because of this lack of understanding how they got there. They will blame everything but themselves. Violence will their only escape.

Everybody knows that the dice are loaded
Everybody rolls with their fingers crossed
Everybody knows that the war is over
Everybody knows the good guys lost
Everybody knows the fight was fixed
The poor stay poor, the rich get rich
Thats how it goes
Everybody knows
Everybody knows that the boat is leaking
Everybody knows that the captain lied
Everybody got this broken feeling
Like their father or their dog just died
Everybody talking to their pockets
Everybody wants a box of chocolates
And a long stem rose
Everybody knows
Everybody knows that you love me baby
Everybody knows that you really do
Everybody knows that youve been faithful
Ah give or take a night or two
Everybody knows youve been discreet
But there were so many people you just had to meet
Without your clothes
And everybody knows
Everybody knows, everybody knows
Thats how it goes
Everybody knows
Everybody knows, everybody knows
Thats how it goes
Everybody knows
And everybody knows that its now or never
Everybody knows that its me or you
And everybody knows that you live forever
Ah when youve done a line or two
Everybody knows the deal is rotten
Old Black Joes still pickin cotton
For your ribbons and bows
And everybody knows
And everybody knows that the Plague is coming
Everybody knows that its moving fast
Everybody knows that the naked man and woman
Are just a shining artifact of the past
Everybody knows the scene is dead
But theres gonna be a meter on your bed
That will disclose
What everybody knows
And everybody knows that youre in trouble
Everybody knows what youve been through
From the bloody cross on top of Calvary
To the beach of Malibu
Everybody knows its coming apart
Take one last look at this Sacred Heart
Before it blows
And everybody knows
Everybody knows, everybody knows
Thats how it goes
Everybody knows
Oh everybody knows, everybody knows
Thats how it goes
Everybody knows
Everybody knows
Fudgepacker Barack did this for 4% of the American population who are gay.
WHAT WILL HE DO ON JULY 4TH, IN HONOR OF FREE AMERICA?
IOW voting alone cannot cure what ails our former republic.
Congress has oversight of the court and can impeach members. They won’t. That’s our Congress. Time to replace it.
The above page is taken from "The American Ideal of 1776"
Consider this:
(The wording of the current oath of enlistment includes this.)
"...I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic..."====================
(The U.S. Code says this about "Treason".)
"Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."====================
(Aiding & abetting the enemy can be punished by death.)
====================
(American general has said that certain politicians were/are aiding & abetting the enemy.)
====================
In light of those things, some questions that might be asked right now include:
If so, exactly who is going to determine the facts about someone working to undermine the Constitution of the United States, and who is going to carry out those just sentences prescribed for those acts of treason, if the court(s), highest elected officials, military, and appointed national civil law enforcement authorities are all corrupted, and working for the enemies of our Constitution and their twisted aims?
(Pretty sobering and frightening questions to ponder.)
“Commentators have missed the real significance of Justice Antonin Scalias dissent in the gay marriage case. He calls the decision a judicial Putsch, an attempt to overthrow a form of governmentours. His dissent, joined by Justice Clarence Thomas, was written to call attention to this Courts threat to American democracy.
Scalia understands the power and meaning of words and he chose the word putsch for a specific purpose.
Hence, Scalia is saying this was not only a blatant power grab and the creation of a right that does not exist, but a decision that depends on public ignorance about what is really taking place. It is our system of checks and balances and self-rule that has been undermined, he says.
In that sense, he is warning us that we need to understand the real significance of this decision, and go beyond all the commentators talking about marriage equality and equal rights for homosexuals. In effect, he is saying that the decision is really not about gay rights, but about the future of our constitutional republic, and the ability of the people to govern themselves rather than be governed by an elite panel making up laws and rights as they go.”
Exactly. And Scalia nails it as usual.
The people I’ve talked to about this that are “for it” spew the same old nonsense and PC BS. They sadly don’t have a clue what this Constitutionally signifies. The ends justify the means and if you don’t like the decision, then . well you know the rest.
Funny thing is, ask them if a Mormon or Muslim or polygamist should have multiple spouses and they answer emphatically “NO” Ask them what’s the difference, especially when their religion OKs it . . and they’re speechless
Lots of ignorant people out there I’m afraid.
The seeds of a second Amrican Revolution have been sown.

I am of two minds about the gay marriage decision. I don’t like the Supreme Court effectively creating this “right.” But I take some satisfaction when I think about what these gay guys have gotten themselves into. They’re going to learn what it is like to work 80 hours a week to start a business and buy a house only to find after ten years of nonstop work, a court stops in and gives half of your business to your worthless stay at home “spouse” and the house as well. Marriage, hey, you guys are welcome to it.
Don’t get me wrong, marriage can be a great thing. But the government should stay out of it. Now the gays have welcomed the government into it. I think a good many of them will rue the day.
Until the judicial coup dé·tat that is the SCOTUS is abolished, no election, vote, legislation, Constitutional Article or Amendment, existing or proposed, matters.
Deport the Kangaroo justices. Maybe send them to Mexico.
Whatever SCOTUS has done still doesn’t change the facts. They eat Queerios for breakfast while the majority of America eats Cheerios.
It is a transition eerily similar to shariah ayatollahs of Iran. It is unbelievable what they did.
When our progenitors came to this country through Ellis Island and were "processed" they had to become at least literate enough to write their name and to pass a citizenship test before they were officially Americans. The system of checks and balances; the three beaches of government and their function- a list of basics to know for when they pulled that lever in the voting booth.
How many people in the last election could tell you any of these? Are they still being taught in school? Our most important privilege as Americans is the right to vote. We have to pass tests to drive, work for the government, get a diploma from high school or equivalent to get most jobs. Yet the most important thing we do for this country is given with only the prerequisite of being 18 years old. Do they have the foresight, knowledge of history, concern for the nation above their own personal interests? Looking back, I'm not certain I did...
