Iknoor Singh, a student at Hofstra University, thought he had found his calling when he attended a campus meeting of the U.S. Armys Reserve Officers Training Corps. But when he tried to sign up, he was told that he would have to shave his beard, cut his hair and remove his turban. When he asked for a religious accommodation as a Sikh, the Army refused, saying that these articles of faith would undermine unit cohesion and morale, readiness, health and safety, and discipline.

Yes, religious freedom needs protection. But religious liberty doesnt mean the right to discriminate or to impose ones views on others. The RFRA wasnt meant to force employees to pay a price for their employers faith, or to allow businesses to refuse to serve gay and transgender people, or to sanction government-funded discrimination. In the civil rights era, we rejected the claims of those who said it would violate their religion to integrate. We cant let the RFRA be used as a tool for a different result now.

Liberals ruin everything. They are disgusting, nasty slimeballs.
And they lie, they are sneaky and they do not play by the rules. How do we play by the rules hen the opposition never does. We did all the hard work on the marriage issue and the slimeballs on the left just lied, cheated, packed the courts and won in a way that knocks us out of the game.
Liberals are evil.
Leave that up to a separate committee who may be members of the church, but not in the church's name.
I think we missed gun control issues by everyone focusing in on the confer date flag instead.
I'm not drinking the homosexual koolaid you're serving up. Who people are and what activities they engage in and or promote are not one and the same thing. One can love the sinner while hating the sin. There is such a thing as just discrimination.
“ACLU lawyers have no right to live, to breathe, to exist”
I totally agree with that wholeheartedly. Ditto for the Southern Poverty Law Center.
The answer is ethical vigilantism.
Anti-Christian Liberties Union
As a simple Theonomic positivist, I’ll never understand what grounds non-theists think exist for any objective, external standard . . . of anything.
