You persist in avoiding my original point and digressing down these side issues. Constitutional restraints on the FedGov are not limited to American citizens. I know of no clause in it that makes exceptions to the law based on citizenship.
The notion of an Obama “hit squad” is a bit unnerving, considering *all* the people who might be viewed his enemy. Who knows, he may one day decide to take out a Tea Party leader here in the US or abroad, then make up some stuff about them in order to justify the action.
