Great man
Plain Meaning means nothing anymore to liberals and moderates.
“State” exchanges means “Federal” exchange
“No person” means anyone who is a “minority”
What a crazed bunch of idiots running the country . . .where “running” means “into the ground”
“What difference does it make now?”
A voice of reason in a sea of madness.
Really doesn’t matter. The ruling still is what it is.

Brilliant man.
Nonetheless, his words and thoughts are interesting. He's a pretty good writer.
It is for learning purposes. It you do not tether your mind to reason you might get carried away by the madness. Or give up.
Thanks for nothing W. There would be no commie care if you had picked a conservative for the court. This is Your fault.
If there is ever a Renaissance of Thought, that generation will look back on this time as “The Era of Absurdity.” And laugh.
An excellent opinion, except that it’s A DISSENT!
I like that. Very well put.
It is no longer the Supreme Court. It is the EXTREME Court!
I’m thinking that we have more wisdom yet to be dispensed with the ruling still to come.......
Scalia and Thomas are probably the last of the great constitutional scholars appointed to SCOTUS. the rest are all political hacks.
Scalia is correct saying “Words no longer have meaning”....regarding the issue of State and Federal Government”.
The language was clear....by ‘changing the language’ to mean “something else” they have changed law.....the Judges have shown they are not worthy of the positions which they hold.
The Constitution gives the Supreme Court the power to check, when necessary, the actions of ‘the President’ and Congress.
It can tell a President that his actions are not allowed ‘by the Constitution’........ It can tell ‘Congress’ that a law it passed violated the U.S. Constitution and is, therefore, no longer a law. It can also tell the government of a state that one of its laws breaks a rule in the Constitution.....
The Supreme Court is the final judge in all cases involving laws of Congress, and the highest law of all the Constitution.
Today the Supreme Court decision , which preserves the Affordable Care Act ‘at the expense of plain English’.
Sooooooo...... does every federal law which now says only applies to “the States” also apply to the Feds since ‘intent trumps language’???????
