ROBERTS COURT TORTURES LAW TO SAVE OBAMACARE…AGAIN!
Breitbart ^ | June 25, 2015 | By Ben Shapiro

Posted on 06/25/2015 10:18:40 AM PDT by Jim Robinson

On Thursday, the Supreme Court released its long-awaited decision on Obamacare’s IRS subsidies under federal health insurance exchanges. And, as expected, the Court rewrote the statute to help President Obama’s signature law.

With each passing day of Supreme Court decisions, conservative principles begin to feel more and more like the survivors of the Scream films: it’s only a matter of time before you are next for the knife.

In King v. Burwell, four citizens sued over Obamacare, alleging that they had been forced to purchase health insurance; they said that the federal health exchange set up in Virigina in absence of a state-created health exchange under Obamacare did not count as a “state exchange” for purposes of the statute, making it illegal for them to receive federal subsidies for their health insurance. Without the subsidies, they would no longer be required to purchase health insurance, since it would be too expensive.

Now, Obamacare’s language is quite clear: it states that only those who buy insurance via state-run health exchanges may receive federal subsidies. This provision was purposefully designed to incentivize states to set up their own exchanges, in order that politicians could take credit for making health insurance more widely available with the help of the federal government. When states turned down the opportunity to set up such exchanges, the scheme collapsed. Or at least it would have, had not President Obama’s IRS casually rewritten the law, and provided federal health insurance subsidies via the federal health exchanges in violation of both the letter and spirit of the law.

But no matter: the law is whatever President Obama says it is...

If the King is law, there is no point in having a Constitution or a Supreme Court. They just waste the King’s time and serve no purpose. Obama can rewrite his own laws to please his whims. The media can sing his praises, and we will all be happy and unburdened from the drudgery of self-governance. Thank you John Roberts!

Where the Supreme Court justices paid off or threatened?

It doesn’t seem right that honest judges would allow this disgusting law (tax? penalty?)to exist.

The Roberts Court renders the American People unrepresented.

I wish I could say that the SCOTUS ruling is unconstitutional. It violates Article IV Section 4:

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

The people's representatives wrote the law one way; SCOTUS changed it to be something else.

We are no longer in a Republican form of government. What do we do when SCOTUS itself becomes unconstitutional?

He is an immoral unrepentant sodomite.....they can’t be Moral.

He is also being bribed——Libido Dominandi........to intentionally collapse this culture-—destroy it. He was put on the court to collapse our culture by the Bush clan-—who are all a part of the Skull and Bones Ba’al Worshippers.

Sodomy is their Rite of Worship which mocks the Judeo-Christian God—Life is equivalent to Excrement on their altar mocking God’s Design of the human being-—reducing Man to Animal.

The have to make Fascism/Marxism (happy slavery) normal “for our children” to flip 2000 years of ethics of Individualism/Freedom to the harem boys Afghani/Satanic ethics of slavery and sodomy for Ba’al.

You know, I’d like to say you are wrong. But I’m not finding any evidence you’re not. John Roberts is definitely no conservative. He acts like a paid or threatened troll.

Come next year Obama will decide that Presidential Elections will hence forth be every 25 years, he will further declare this is retroactive from the 2014 Election.

Roberts will agree.

Think it is a stretch? I don’t. Not one bit.

There is NOTHING after this ruling that prohibits the President from changing ANY law on the books.

“Roberts should be proud,, he stabbed us not once, but twice, in the back.”

If Roberts voted for repeal, we would still have lost 5-4.

It would appear this administration has CONTROL of Justice Roberts as witnessed by his "made up on the fly" explanation about exchanges.

Puppet on a string.

John Roberts is Bush’s everlasting legacy for us having to once again vote for RINO ROT!
Boehner= RINO ROT
McConnel= RINO ROT
3/4 of the Senate Rebubes = RINO ROT
3/4 of the House Repubes = RINO ROT
Cheif Justice = RINO ROT
STOP voting for RINO ROT or this is what you get.
Is it time once and for all for Conservatives and Tea Party to separate themselves from useless RINO ROT?

What everyone that is disgusted by this ruling needs to remember is that that the Majority of Republican Senators voted for the appointment of the USSC justices that came to this ruling.

By an Overwhelming majority.

We are here in large part because the Quisling Party allowed Obama to appoint these Left wing Radicals to the bench to begin with.

The Republican Senate members failed in their duty to Advise and Consent.

So here we are. Expect much more of the same.
