Blacks could avoid discrimination by just declaring themselves to be White. Of course as we have seen it works both ways. You can be Caucasian, but declare yourself to be Black or Native American and reap the benefits of affirmative action like Rachel Dolezal and Elizabeth Warren. As long as you are liberal no one will call it hypocrisy
