Anyone, especially at such a high level, who panders to keep his job, should be ashamed of himself. I hate that we have such a bootlicker running the military. The only slack I’d cut is if he were staying in the job and walking a tightrope in order to keep an eye on 0vomit rather than allow a hard lefty to hold the office. Somehow I doubt that’s the case here.

Could you elaborate? I want to examine all serious candidates. I’d hate to nominate/elect a Republican version of 0vomit. I do not see NPD in Cruz at all. So far, the only beef I have with him is the recent trade/immigration bill. I think he missed the boat on that one.
I have known narcissists and I’m not seeing that in Cruz. If you see it, please point out the signs.
I know plenty of people who might be thought arrogant. Some are ignorant and the arrogance is pathetic. Some are brilliant and accusations of arrogance are really just insecure people venting their insecurity because they find the supposedly arrogant person intimidating. I’m inclined to believe that Cruz intimidates people because he is such an excellent debater. He has a great command of the issues. Again, if you are seeing something specific, I’d like to know what it is.
No matter how good he is, Cruz will never be good enough for the American people. No matter how bad HRC is, she will never be bad enough to be defeated in the eyes of the little sheeple.

IMO, it’s a gotcha question. The reason it’s a gotcha is because the best answer will not poll well. No candidate would give my answer.
The best answer is that it is NOT the government’s job to provide health insurance. There is nothing in the Constitution regarding health insurance coverage. The federal government needs to butt out of health insurance and anything else where it does not belong.
All of the big LA Republicans are not popular, Vitter, Dardenne, Scalise, and Cassidy: all are too subservient to Obama. Jindal has a weak record as governor, like that of GA Jimmuh in GA from 1970-74. I don’t know if the Democrats can regain the LA statehouse this year; maybe, as the GOP has so little to show for itself. Jindal has tried to stand firm on the “social issues”.
I know looks shouldn’t matter be unfortunately they play a part in politics. His voice sounds whiny and he looks like a turtle without its shell. That may hurt him in the general election.
