The "harshest of the harsh gun laws" do little to stop people with criminal or evil intentions, former New York Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik tells Newsmax TV.
In an interview with "Newsmax Prime" host J.D. Hayworth, the author of "From Jailer to Jailed" said the "roughest gun laws" in cities and states "really make no difference. When the bad guys want to get guns, they get them and they use them for what they want."
"I don't blame the guns," he said. "I don't blame gun owners. I don't blame the gun manufacturers.
I blame the people that use guns to commit crimes."

Everybody knows it's them damned Confederate flags that are killing everybody.
There oughta be a law.
The only thing that would do is to engage people’s innate creativity in very disturbing ways.
Generally, the gun grabbing far left has a tough time getting stricter gun laws passed, especially at the federal level, too many libs are gun owners also and not just libs who like to hunt.
Old s*** for brains is trying his damndest to enact laws all by his dumass self.
The public at large no longer accept the knee-jerk BS being dished out by the anti-gun crowd. It has been preached and disproven for too long now.
